1 THE UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT TANZANIA CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY INVITATION FOR TENDERS SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR THE YEAR 2013/ This invition for tender follows the General Procurement ice (GPN) which appeared in TCAA website, PPRA journal and the local newspaper namely Daily News and Mtanzania, on 10 th and 13 th June 2013 respectively. 2. Tanzania Civil Aviion Authority (TCAA) has set aside funds in its budget for the financial year 2013/2014 for the procurement of various goods, works & services. The Authority intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments due under the contracts for which this invition for tenders is issued. 3. Tendering will be conducted through the Nional Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Goods, Works, Non- Consultant Services and Disposal of Public Assets by Tender) Regulions, 2005 Government ice No. 97 and is open to all Tenderers defined in the Regulions. 5. A complete set of the Tendering Documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on submission of a written applicion to the address given in paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Tshs. 100,000/= or its equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency payable through DCB Commercial Bank PLC, Ukonga Branch, Account number for Tanzanian Shillings or Account number for USD. 7.
