Objectives o To develop Village Panchayat by providing necessary basic infrastructure as the delivery point of e-services of different government department o To fulfill objectives of 73rd & 74th constitutional amendment. o To infuse five Es in governance: ease, economy, efficiency, effectiveness and ethics o To bridge the information and technology gap between the urban and the rural sectors o To provide other commercial services through e-gram 2
