MUNICIPAL DEMARCATION BOARD DISTRICT MANAGEMENT AREAS NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 26 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL DEMARCATION ACT, 1998,'READ WITH SECTION 6 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL STRUCTURES ACT 117 OF 1998 In terms of section 26 of the Local Government: Municipal Demarcation Act, 1998 (Act No. 27 of 1998), read with section 6 of the Local Government: Municipal Structures, 1998 (Act No. 117 of 1998), notice has been given of the intention of the Municipal Demarcation Board to: withdraw the declaration of all district management areas; and to include all district management areas in the municipal areas of certain local municipalities. The Board's proposals are reflected in the Schedule.
