17 Public Financial Incentives Duration of Incentives Contemplating both TIF and other incentives from the State of Michigan State incentives would be available upon project completion TIF revenue would be necessary for as long as it takes to pay back the money to fund the improvements The amount of the incentives would be consistent with the MEDC objectives of assisting urban infill redevelopment Lehigh Valley Mall (Bergmann) 17
