3 Zilla Parishad Kolhapur Zilla Parishad Kolhapur requires NADEP Compost Bed for village panchayat. The suppliers of NADEP compost who desires to supply should submit the tender in two forms. First form is technical tender form (T-1) and second form is commercial tender form (C-1) Technical form shall contain the listed documents as below. 1. Attach scaned copy of tender document with seal & signature. 2. Attested scaned copy of pan card. 3. Certificate regarding VAT registration and clearance. 4. Certificate regarding authorized manufacturer / dealer / supplier of NADEP compost. 5. Experience certificate of such type of supply to Government / semi Government/ private institution. 6. Details of manufacturing unit and annual turn over. 7. Attach scaned copy of tender Fee (DD). 8. Attach scaned copy of E.M.D. (DD). Terms and conditions 1. Tender shall be submitted in the form of e-tender only. No manual tender will be accepted. 2. The terms & conditions enclosed in the blank tender will be mandatory for the tender. Also the rates mentioned by the tender shall include all taxes in it. 3. The tenderer must submit his tender without any condition 4. If NADEP is not supplied in time. The penalty will be 0.5 % of total tender amount per week. 5. Providing, installation and fixing the unit of listing destinations will be the sole responsibility of the supplier and no extra charges will be paid for it. 6. Tender envelop which does not fulfill all or anyone document in any respect will be liable for rejection and hence the second envelop will not opened. 7. Payment terms 90 % payment will be made after supply, installation and fixing of unit of at listed destinations informed by the village panchayat department. The rest 10 % of payment will be made after the submission quality confirmation letter (test report.) from govt. ITI regarding proper specification. The fees for obtaining test report shall be borne by the suppliers himself. 8. The CEO ZP Kolhapur reserves the rights to rejects any one or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
