Foreign bidders interested in participating in the bidding process must submit an original and copy of the documentation required in clauses III and IV above, equivalent to that of their country of origin. In the event that a foreign bid is selected, this documentation will have to be legalized or certified in order to execute the contract. Companies that decide to form a joint venture in order to bid must substantiate the requirements indicated above individually, as well as provide a copy of the agreement referred to in Article 28 of the Regulations of the Law of Public Works and Related Services. The agreement and the documents of individual members of the joint venture must be submitted by the joint venture representative.
