INTRODUCTION Concession Agreement between Government of India and BIAL Bangalore International Airport Limited ( BIAL ), a Company within the meaning of the Companies Act, 2013, has obtained exclusive right and privilege from the Government of India to carry-out the development, design, financing, construction, operation, upgrade and management of the Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru, at Devanahalli, in the State of Karnataka (the Airport ). OBJECTIVE RFQ intent is to seek technical and commercial/techno commercial quotes ( Quotes ) from leading suitably qualified and experienced contractors/company/firm as applicable (hereafter referred as Bidders ) for SITC of Additional facilities for new E&M Office ( Services ) at BIAL. The Quotes are intended for providing Services which shall be executed in accordance with the specifications provided. The quote shall be issued on the basis of the requirement specified herein and comply with all the standards listed in the technical specification, drawings, timeline and schedule of quantities mentioned in the RFQ. BIAL shall evaluate the Quote of only those Bidders, who have satisfied the criteria and complied with the other requirements of this RFQ. 3. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 3.1 Each of the participant Bidders should fulfill the following eligibility criteria: a) Minimum work experience and proven track record of three (3) years or more in the field of Civil, Interior & Furniture works. b) Should possess and have prior experience of performing and completing the works of similar nature as per this RFQ scope in the preceding last two (2) years for the annual basic value exceeding Rupees 50 Lakhs (Rs. 50,00,000.00) or more. (Balance sheet/ Annual Report or any other supporting documents should be produced as proof) c) Bidders shall submit certified copies of all the documents mentioned in Annexure IV along with the Quotes. 4 d) If applicable Bidder should be compliance of all the applicable laws /rules/other guidelines including all labour and safety enactments and guidelines as mentioned in Annexure V. e) Technical Proposal including meeting of scope f) Completion Period 4.
