2 SECTION I SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Submission of Proposals I. Completed and sealed tenders must be submitted to: Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre 1349 County Home Road PO Box 128, Waterville Nova Scotia B0P 1V0 2. Tenders must be clearly marked Compact, 4-Door Sedans # Tenders are due and will be accepted no later than March 18, 2016 at 11:00am. Late tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. 4. An authorized company agent must sign the tender. Please clearly indicate authorization to tender on behalf of company. 5. Faxed bids will not be accepted. 6. No date after the tender submission date shall constitute any commitment by Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre for any review, evaluation, selection, announcement or finalization.

3 SECTION II REGULATIONS 1. The Centre reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, not necessarily accept the lowest tender, or to accept any tender which it may consider to be in its best interest. 2. All tenders remain irrevocable unless withdrawn prior to the designated closing time. 3. Faxed tenders will be rejected. 4. Tenders must be sealed prior to delivery. 5. No fees or other payments will be made to the bidder(s) for any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of tenders, or for participation in the process. 6. The selection of an acceptable tender shall not constitute a contract between Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre and the bidder. The final binding contract between the parties will be governed by the provisions set out. 7. Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre may at its discretion: a) Select any one tender b) The selection of the successful bidder shall be based on consideration of a number of relative factors, and shall not be selected on the basis of price alone. c) Reject all bids and in doing so, develop additional evaluation criteria. In selecting any tender, Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre is not obligated to select the one with the lowest price. 8. No Adjustment to Proposals: No adjustments to submitted tenders will be allowed. Bidders may, however withdraw their bids prior to the closing date and time for the submission of tenders. After the closing date and time, the tender is binding on the bidder. Incomplete tenders will not be entertained. 9. Tenders must show any and all applicable taxes. 10. Tenders must show the delivery date.

Generally only substantial clarification questions and answers will be distributed. No oral response or clarification will be binding on the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre.

5 SECTION IV RESPONSE Your response to the Call for Tenders will indicate your acceptance to the conditions outlined.

6 SECTION V INQUIRIES FOLLOWING THE TENDER AWARD All inquiries following the awarding of the tender shall be directed to the CEO only.

Price: Must include delivery to the Centre 3. Four cylinder engine, automatic transmission 4. One extra set of four (4) Snow Tires 5. AM/FM Radio with CD Player 6. Air Conditioning is required 7. Corrosion free undercoating must be applied to vehicle 8. Vinyl Seating 9. Inspection: Must be most recently inspected 10. Warranty: Show warranty and price of extended warranty 11. Bidders are asked to submit a delivery date 12. Please show all other options that the vehicle has that are not listed above 13.
