2 Water is an essential element of life From clean drinking water to sewage and wastewater recycling, water is closely linked with our daily lives. From hand-drawn well water in the past, to today's various types of pumps; people have continually improved the methods of water delivery, in order to make the use of water more convenient and expand its applications. The progress of human civilization has resulted in the rapid depletion of natural resources, making renewable water resources and water recycling ever more important. Pumps play an important role in water use and recycling systems, as they enable the quick and easy use of water resources. They also are needed for sewage transport and wastewater treatment. Completed the construction of our new factory in Pingtung Industrial Zone, to increase our production capacity Expanded our growing domestic sales, with exports to other Asian markets. Awarded the Chinese National Standard (CNS) certificate and Grade A Factory Quality Assurance grading, certifying high standards in our manufacturing practices. ISO9002 approved, meeting the International Standards for Quality Management Systems. Completed the expansion of our factory, increasing the floor space to over 6,000 square meters, as well as the installation of our new automatic production line. 5 Quality Assurance All parts and materials used in the manufacturing of HCP products must be identified as meeting our high quality assurance standards, before moving to the production line for assembly. This includes materials inspections, multi-motor inspection testing, comprehensive pump testing, and pump performance testing. Every finished pump is tested, using precision equipment to determine if it complies with our stipulated standards, before being shipped out to our customers. Research and Development Research and design is the driving force behind our product innovation HCP Pump employs advanced computer-aided design software, in order to significantly reduce development time and improve product performance. We are continuously seeking ways to improve our motor/impeller design and efficiency. In addition, partnerships and research cooperation with foreign manufacturers has allowed HCP to further enhance our pump technology. HCP Pump Performance Testing Laboratory is certified by TAF of ISO/ IEC General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, where the certification is recognized and affirmed by ILAC-MRA. HCP's laboratory is the first one in Taiwan, that is equipped with magnetic flow meter - which is built in pipe line in accordance with the ISO 9906, Sec.D

6 Production and Manufacturing HCP employs a variety of CNC machine tools, including computerized lathes, drill presses, and balancing machines; all of which are controlled by professional engineers. This has lead to a substantial increase in product precision and accuracy. We hold stringent requirements for the assembling and balancing of the shaft and impeller. Since a pump engine is a circular rotating machine, we ensure that every pump's shaft and impeller has been balanced precisely and accurately; in order to ensure stable performance and a long life expectancy
