Proof of Compliance with RA 9275 (Clean Water Act) and/or Supreme Court Mandamus to Rehabilitate Manila Bay Proof/Copy of Certificate of siphoning/desludging of septic tanks, hauling, transport and treatment of wastewater/septage by an accredited service provider.
