2 We are honoured to introduce our company, HRS INDUSTRIAL COATINGS cc as a leader in the Industrial Corrosion Protection Industry of Southern Africa. The company started operating in July 1994 from it's current premises in Meyerton, Gauteng. From a small enterprise, HRS Industrial Coatings has grown and matured to a capable and reliant supplier of anti-corrosion applications and related services. The company is headed by Mr. H G Snyman, who has more than 30 years direct experience in the industrial corrosion protection field. Together with his competent staff, Mr Snyman is able to offer clients and prospective clients a professional, reliable and capable service and the highest standard of quality available in the market. With our extensive experience in the Civil and Engineering industry, HRS Industrial Coatings realises the value and essential role that a competent anti-corrosive applicator plays in the successful completion of a project, within a timeconstrained deadline. This in mind, we strive to offer the best quality within the most viable turn-around time at the most cost-effective option to our clients. We also adjust ourselves and our facilities and services to conform to specific needs that a client or project may require. As we are widely experienced within our industry of maintenance and erection of new projects, we work closely with expeditors, project managers, engineers, QA`s and end-users to ensure the smooth planning, execution and completion of projects we endeavour on. HRS Industrial Coatings is more than capable to successfully handle any size project, from structural steel, pipelines, specialized equipment, new structures or re-furbished structures.

3 HRS Industrial Coatings specializes in the external and internal lining of piping. Our wide experience and capability includes the following applications, to name a few : º Internal Linings for the transportation of potable water and/or raw water. º Internal Linings for the transportation of highly corrosive materials - such as fuel, oil etc. º Specialized internal linings such as Hot Applied Solvent Free Epoxies. We are also specialized in numerous multi-coat protective systems, as contained in the Painting Specifications of a large range of clients. º Durable external coatings such as High Density Elastomerics up to 3000 microns. (e.g. Polyclad 777 ) These include, to name a few : º Anglo American. Our facilities, staff and quality control devices are trained and skilled to provide quality, service and quick turn-around time on any size project and any specification, as required by our clients.

4 HRS Industrial Coatings is situated in Meyerton, Gauteng - directly next to the R 59 Highway. º Square Meters COVERED AREA º Square Meters OPEN AREA º 800 Square Meters BLASTING AREA Our premises lends itself for the Mass-Handling of material and ample storage space for long-term contracts or projects where the production-processes are lengthy. HRS Industrial Coatings recognizes the value in quick turn-around regarding the off-loading and loading of trucks and containers as a time restraint on the completion of projects. We have therefore the following facilities : º 4 High Lift Forklifts ranging from a capacity of 2.5 to 7 tonnes with extended forks which are operated by trained and experienced staff. º Dedicated loading and off-loading bays. As a value-adding service to our clients, HRS Industrial Coatings has a working-relationship with various transporters. º Various lifting equipment and certified slings to ensure the safe handling and packing of painted items to site / end users. We also have our own MB Actros truck with a trailer of 12 meters and capacity for 24 tonnes. The trailer is customized to specifically convey piping and/or structural steel. HRS Industrial Coatings is geared to perform at maximum production ability for 365 days of the year. Our blasting capability exceeds 2000 square meters per day and our painting capability exceeds 4000 square meters per day

5 At HRS Industrial Coatings, we understand the importance of an international standard Quality Control System. As a major part of our products are for the international and cross-border market, we comply to the stringest controls and cross-referencing of materials used and circumstances where in our operation are applied. The following is a walk-through of our quality systems : º A constant stream of Data is kept on information vital to the application of corrosive protective coatings and monitored on a daily basis. These include : - Ambient Temperature and Humidity Readings - Surface Temperature of substrates painted when applicable. - Material Temperature where applicable. - Laboratory Certified Batch Test Certification on material used. - Blast Profile Readings - Wet Film Thicknesses tested. - Dry Film Thicknesses tested. - Dust and Debris tests preformed where applicable. - Adhesion Integrity tests where applicable, e.g.. Cross-hatch and cut tests etc. - Curing Integrity tests where applicable, e.g.. MEK Solvent Wipe Test etc. - Pinhole Free Testing where applicable, e.g.. Pinhole Electrical Current Test etc. º A Quality Control Manual is in place and available on request. º Quality Control Plans are issued for review and approval upon start-up of projects and implemented as part of the Work's Procedure in consultation with the client and end-user. QCP`s are custom-fitted to each project, depending on variable needs. º Quality Control Managers are trained and competent in the various aspects pertaining to the technical side of corrosion protection and the projects they oversee. º A Digital Recording System is in place for the various readings taken through-out a project, where all the different information streams are pulled together. Upon release- and/or completion date - Certificates are issued from this digital system to the client. The certificates contains all relevant information pertaining to the project and the work preformed. The information is date and item cross-referenced. A hard-copy and a digital copy of Data is kept on record. º Technical Machinery used for inspection purposes are certified and calibrated by the worldleaders in inspection equipment. We prefer using the manufacturer of the machinery, e.g.. Elcometer, Fischer etc. QCP Approval and Qualty Audits are regularely preformed by the likes of Anglo American, De Beers, Kumba, Department of Forrestry and Water Affairs, Mittal, Sasol, Airports Company of South Africa etc.
