August German-Chinese government consultations Gao Hucheng, Vice Minister of Ministry of Commerce shows that he will pay close attention to projects such as the Sino-German Ecopark Qingdao and follow the cooperation by supporting policies. Philipp Rösler, Germany's Vice Chancellor and Minister of Federal Ministry of Economics also said that the German side will support the project and hopes that many German companies will invest in Ecopark.

38 7.1 About us Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark Development Co., Ltd. is a company founded by the local government in August 2011, with more than 60 employees. The company is a market oriented organization and mainly responsible for the planning, investment, infrastructure and management of the park. The registered capital of the company is 59 mio. Euros. In December 2012, the company has founded two subsidiaries Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark Real Estate Co. Ltd.. and Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark Industrial Development Co. Ltd.. These companies are responsible to develop the park with new projects, and to establish German-Chinese business cooperation.
