1 COMPANY PRESENTATION The Aeroponic technology is one of the most recent and promising frontiers of research in vegetable crops, in floriculture, in biomass and production highly nutritious used to raise livestock. 5 THE SYSTEM By making best use of the results obtained from the study "closed cycle" has been studied a PVC frame that can maximize yield and quality of work. THE CONTROL SYSTEM The system of control is constituted by a digital electronic device that uses a memory programmable for storing information and instructions, designed to achieve specific functions requests to the end of the control of the plant and the process controller (PLC). The instrumentation was designed to be easy to use but at the same time technologically advanced. GREEN PONIC PROCESS is equipped with a software able to systematically control and in real time, the different climatic parameters and the nutrient solution. The program is extremely simplified and virtually "self-determined" by the processor that performs completely all the control functions of the greenhouse, the management of the plants "Monitoring it themselves" and can do a "self-correction", if necessary, thanks to its parameters control. It s customizable and comes with all the functionality needed to manage the greenhouse, including which: irrigation management (pumping, flow, drainage, conditioners, curves, tanks, etc...) fertilizer management; personalized management of alarms; the historical record of events; PC management, sms and external modules; interface "touch-screen"; Remote control and remote management by internet.

7 THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM The management system is based on a PC internally developed in terms of both hardware and software. The unique features that distinguish it from all other management systems available are: the small size of the system - does not occupy any space available for growing and can be easily located in an area of unproductive or even hung from the walls of the greenhouse. The surprising thing is that the small size allows an innumerable amount of tasks that no other system at present can play as well as easy maintenance; the easy use by the operators; The system manages both the environment and tackling greenhouse environmental parameters (temperature, brightness, humidity, CO2) in both the plant by controlling the EC, the PH and the temperature of the nutrient solution and acting on the respective controls for changing the parameters. It also stores all statistical data in real time, creating graphs and tables for rapid consultation and maintaining an archive of the entire crop.
