9 Financing Capacity SunEdison s unparalleled financing expertise is one of our key competitive strengths. Our access to capital, strong financial relationships, and proven track record allow us to enjoy one of the highest contract execution rates in the industry. To date, SunEdison has secured over $7.5 billion in project finance facilities, with additional facilities and partnerships under negotiation. In 2013 alone, we raised over $1.5 billion in funds for project financings. SunEdison recently launched its YieldCo vehicle, TerraForm Power Inc. (NASDAQ:TERP), and has established relationships with over 15 financial partners. SunEdison will either work with TerraForm, or use this broad pool of firms to select the best partner for the project with Ericsson to ensure there are no financing related delays.

12 Landfill/Brownfield Experience SunEdison success Developing, Financing, and Operating PV systems for landfill, brownfield, and Superfund sites. Very experienced in working in-house and with consultants to negotiate the Post Closure Use Permit process Our operational Landfill systems include projects in Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, and Colorado and projects in our 2015 construction queue for New York. Partnering with New York City to develop a 10 MW at Freshkills Park, a landfill closed in This is slated for construction in 2015 and will be the City s largest solar project to date. We total over 7.5 MW of operational Landfill projects, and over 20 MW in development.

13 Town of Greenfield Landfill, MA In 2010, SunEdison was the first developer in Massachusetts to receive a Post-Closure Use permit for solar energy on a closed landfill. The 2.0 MW project, utilizing ballasted racking, was completed in 2012.

14 Sullivan s Ledge Landfill, MA SunEdison worked extensively with the EPA and Massachusetts DEP to obtain necessary permits and approval for our 1.8 MW facility that provides clean energy to the City of New Bedford.

16 Educational Benefits: Engaging Students and Faculty Our engagement plan for schools includes an integrated approach for teachers, facility managers, students, and the community. We are willing to partner with the Town of Douglas School Dept. to provide a workshop to discuss an integrated STEM curriculum for solar and wind energy.
