How is the Fee Determined? Two Primary Factors Amount of Impervious Area per Parcel Roofs, Driveways, Parking Lots, Garages, Storage Buildings Amount of IA leads to assigned ERU Value Property Classification (SMP Type) SFR Single Family Residential 1-, 2-, 3- or 4-Family Residential Detached Dwellings NSFR Non-Single Family Residential Multi-family (> 5 units), commercial, industrial, institutional Condos, Townhomes, Apartment Complexes 1

Equity: SFR vs. NSFR Definitions ERU: Equivalent Residential Unit IA: Impervious Area For NEORSD Service Area, statistical analysis resulted in average ERU value of 3,000 s.f. ERU allows for NSFR properties to be measured/charged comparably to SFR properties based on IA 2

Residential Fee: 3 Tiers Small house Less than 2,000 square feet of impervious surface $2.85/month, $34.20/year Medium house 2,000 to 4,000 square feet of impervious surface $4.75/month, $57/year Large house More than 4,000 square feet of impervious surface $8.55/month, $102.6/year Homestead rate For those who qualify for homestead water/sewer $1.95/month, $23.40/year

Residential: Tier 1 Location: 7522 Glencoe Ave Brooklyn Impervious Area: 1923 sq ft SMP Classification: Tier 1 SMP Fee: $2.85/month $8.55/quarter $34.20/year

Residential: Tier 2 Location: 6696 Sandalwood Mayfield Village Impervious Area: 3000 sq ft SMP Classification: Tier 2 SMP Fee: $4.75/month $14.25/quarter $57/year

Residential: Tier 3 Location: 209 Countryside Broadview Heights Impervious Area: 4954 sq ft SMP Classification: Tier 3 SMP Fee: $8.55/month $25.65/quarter $102.60/year

Based on total impervious surface NSFR Fee $4.75 per Equivalent Residential Unit ERU = 3,000 sq. ft.

NSFR: Parking Lot Owner: Public Square West Ltd. Parcels: 11 Total (Aggregated)

NSFR: Parking Lot Owner: Public Square West Parcels: 11 Total (Aggregated) Total ERUs: 15 SMP Fee: 15 ERUs * 4.75/month $71.25/month $213.75/quarter $855/year

NSFR: Small Commercial Owner: CVE Development LLC Parcels: 3 Total (Aggregated)

Owner: CVE Development LLC Parcels: 3 Total (Aggregated) Total ERUs: 18 SMP Fee: 18 ERUs * 4.75/month $85.50/month $256.50/quarter $1026/year NSFR: Small Commercial
