Our dewatering pump product range, which includes submersible slurry pumps, drainage pumps, sludge pumps, portable pumps, sewage pumps, large drainage pumps, mixers and aerators, as well as a range of self-priming diesel pumps, means that our pumps can be used for diverse applications across a number of industries. Our pumps are available for purchase as well as short or long term rental. We stock a full range of pump accessories and spares and offer servicing and repairs. Grindex submersible pumps are used in a variety of tough environments, such as face and cubby dewatering of underground mines, in open pit mines, and in construction. 5 Fire-Suppression FOGMAKER is the high pressure water mist fire suppression system for vehicles and machines with enclosed engine compartments. A fire in a mine or forest can have devastating consequences in the form of injury, loss of life and production reductions with high economic loss. In the compact and hot engine compartment of a yellow metal machine the propagation of fire can be very fast, and if not detected early and sufficiently suppressed, will lead to a total asset loss. The FOGMAKER system quickly detects and suppresses a fire by generating a dense blanket of micro-water mist droplets within the protected area. This innovative SlurrySucker Dredge Unit is suitable for dredging and cleaning water capture areas where silt or slime is an issue, or where water retention and water holding capacity is being threatened. With the SlurrySucker Dredge Unit, regular cleaning of process water ponds, return water dams or other water storage areas is made simpler and faster.
