About the Product Series In accordance with "PS Plates (Including CTP Plates) for Lithographic Printing", Product Control Rules (PCR No.: PCR-DA) Appendix 1, Table 1 shows the global warming load for each product thickness as calculated from the environmental load data of the representative aluminum thickness of 0.30mm. 2.1 Product series characteristics relational expression (from PCR Appendix 1, 4. Each type of PS plate comes in various thicknesses. The formula below is used to calculate the global warming load value for each thickness in the product series. The environmental loads of aluminum and logistics are proportional to the weight of the aluminum. Other environmental loads (materials besides aluminum, manufacturing, use) are proportional to the area of the PS plate. : PS plates of differing thickness have, per unit area, the same amount of sensitized layer, approximately the same manufacturing energy requirements, and the same load from the platemaking process that uses the plate. Therefore, the environmental load is proportional to plate area. 1
