Conclusion Generator can remarkably decrease air emission from flaring. ESBEC can gain credit from reduction of Carbon emission 2,200 1 tco 2 eq/y (equal to vehicle running per year, 51,000 tree seedlings growth for 10 years). Electricity generator can provide 1 GWhfor internal usage and 3 GWhsupply to grid (equal to 2,143 households 3 ) annually kg CO2/kWh Thai Electricity Grid Mixed (Varabuntoonvitet.,al., 2008) 2 Average 4.8 tco2eq/vehicle. year (Average US vehicle, US.EPA. website) 3 Average 1,400 kwh/household. year (National Statistic Organization, 2011) 8

Eastern Seaboard Environmental Complex Co., Ltd. E-waste Recycling Data Analysis Hazardous waste, 13.7% Al, 5.6% Other, 11.6% Nonvaluable/Waste, 14.6% Comp., 9.3% Steel, 47.0% PCB, 9.4% Valuable materials, 71.8% Cu, 17.1% Material Segregation Source: Data by weight (ESBEC ) Composition of Valuable Materials (by weight) 10

Eastern Seaboard Environmental Complex Co., Ltd. 14 BangpooEnvironmental Complex Co., Ltd. 1.6 MW Stream Turbine Generator and Cooling system 14

BangpooEnvironmental Complex Co., Ltd. Steam Production Maximum 1.6MW 15

BangpooEnvironmental Complex Co., Ltd. Electricity (kwh) 600, , , , ,000 Total onsite electricity usage Delivery to grid Grid consumption 100,000 - Dec-12 Jan-13 Feb-13 Mar-13 Apr-13 May-13 Jun-13 Jul-13 Aug-13 Sep-13 Month/ Year Onsite Electricity Usage compared with Grid Connection 16

Conclusion Generator can remarkably decrease noise by reduction of high pressure through condensing process. ESBEC can gain credit from reduction of Carbon emission 3,715 1 tco 2 eq/y (equal to vehicle running per year). Reduction of 100% to 4% grid consumed is substantially shown kg CO2/kWh Thai Electricity Grid Mixed (Varabuntoonvitet.,al., 2008) 2 Average 4.8 tco 2 eq/vehicle. year (Average US vehicle, US.EPA. website) 17

Additional Project of Eco Friendly Promotion Strategic Promotion of Recovery and Destruction of Fluorocarbons Industrial Equipment Home Appliance Collection through Maintenance Agency, User, Owner etc. Fluorocarbons Recovery Operators Fluorocarbons Destruction Operators Automobile 18

Limitation of 3Rs RDF Plant Project The Project is not feasible since production and transportation cost are 14% over cement kiln purchasing cost. The distance from ESBEC to End user causes transportation cost covering 80% of unit cost. Based on Life cycle thinking, complexity of RDF haulage might be lower favorable than direct incineration.. 19

Limitation of 3Rs Waste Hierarchy Concept Endangering human health and harming the environment 20
