Each 1MW system will have two 500kw inverters totaling 40 inverters to support the system. The modules have 240 Wp and will be tilted at 15 degrees facing south. SOLAR FARM NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION: The project is divided into four 250 kw systems. All electricity generated from the system is sold back to the Tennessee Valley Authority under a 10 year PPA term. The project currently holds the title of Georgia s largest solar farm. It is also if the first project under Georgia Power. The project was financed by Bankia, a shareholder in ESA.

The project is structured uniquely in that it gives a portion of the PPA funds generated from the system back to the school which equates to approximately keeping two school teachers employed per year. This project is currently the 3 rd largest PV array on school property in the US and the largest in the Southeast United States. It is divided into 4 systems of 250kw systems. Four 260kw inverters support the system. 999kW Culberson Project Location: Murphy, NC Scope of Work: Developer, EPC, O&M February 2011 March 2011 Project Footprint (acre): 5 Acres Specifications of Principal Components: Inverter: Four PV Powered 260kW Inverters Solar Modules: 235 Wp Canadian Solar Type of Mounting: Pole SOLAR FARM NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION: To avoid erosion issues, ESA brought in approximately 700 truckloads of dirt in order to build up the site before construction commenced. All electricity generated from the system is sold back to the Tennessee Valley Authority under a 10 year PPA term. The solar farm is divided into 4 systems of 250kw Systems. Four 260kw inverters support the system.

The system has 2,016 PV modules The modules are tilted 10 degrees and faced 16 degrees South Each (Az 164). The solar farm is divided into 4 systems four 250kW systems. Four 260kW inverters support the system. All electricity generated from the system is sold back to the Tennessee Valley Authority under a 10 year PPA term.

It is subdivided in thirty three 90 kw installations. Every sub installation has 520 polycrystalline panels, divided in 26 strings of 20 panels each and a 90 kw inverter.

Adzaneta II Power Plant is 1.5 MW divided into 15, 100 kw units, each of them with a 100 kw inverter and 120 kwp of panels. 15 Operations and Maintenance ESA s Solar Power Production Guarantee. This program guarantees specific monthly energy production for solar energy generating systems under an ESA operation and maintenance (O&M) agreement. Should the photovoltaic system fail to meet ESA s annual guaranteed power production levels, ESA will compensate the solar farm owners the difference between guaranteed and actual energy generated. Should a system fail to reach projected levels, for any reason, ESA will compensate the renewable energy plant owners the variance between the two numbers based on a set cost per kilowatt hour (kwh). 16 Qualifications of the Project Team JEFFREY BURKETT Jeffrey Burkett is the President and Managing Member of ESA Renewables. He has extensive experience in the management of companies participating in both construction and construction materials fabrication. During his more than twenty year career, Mr. Burkett has sold, developed, and financed a variety of construction related ltdprojects. At ESA Renewables, he is responsible for all aspects of the Company s operations and performance, including project sales, the Company s future development, and its continuing operations. JAVIER LATRE GORBE Javier is the Vice President and the Technical Director for ESA Renewables. He has over eleven years experience with a wide variety of electrical systems and related installation requirements. Of those, Mr. Latre devoted seven years to the development, feasibility studies, engineering, and other services related specifically to the generation of electricity using photovoltaic arrays. For ESA Renewables, Mr. Latre is the engineering team leader and is responsible for all engineering, design, project specifications, and technical support for both project management and project execution. JASON BURKETT Jason Burkett is the Vice President of Operations for ESA Renewables. In that position, he is responsible for all project oversight including estimating, construction, and supplier agreements as well as client relations. He has extensive experience in the operation and management of a variety of companies involved in both construction and construction materials fabrication. LINDSAY HEROLD Lindsay Herold is the principal Contract Administrator for all ESA Renewables projects. In that position, she is responsible for business development, adherence to compliance regulations related to electrical power installations, and for the final delivery of the project to the owner. Ms. Herold also assists the Company s project managers and field supervisors and assigns certain project duties among the technical and field forces. In addition, she monitors the various project schedules on a continuous basis and supports the project managers in their preparation of project accounting, completion, and work in process schedules.
