During construction of the demonstration cities, our city implements 126 projects with large-scale application of renewable energy in buildings (of which, 112 application projects of buildingintegrated solar energy, 14ground source heat pump application projects), covering a building area of 11.1 million m2, which is m2 when converted into the area of demonstration application.

12 Year of 2011 Provisions on Promoting Development of Energy-efficient Building in Hefei City (municipal government decree No.160) was issued, making obligatory provisions and requirements in aspects of development of green buildings and application of renewable energy in buildings at government regulation level. Notice on Strengthening Energy Efficiency Management of Design Plan of Newly-built Civil Buildings (HG[2012] No.104) was issued, carrying out special review on energy saving of newly-built civil buildings and design plan of green buildings and implementing parallel connection examination and approbation.

13 Year of 2011 Notice on Strengthening Energy Saving of Design Plan of Newly-built Civil Building and Management on Green Building (HG [2014] No.129) was issued, clearing that all newlybuilt government-invested projects, public works projects over square meters, dwelling building project over square meters and Binhu new districts projects should be designed and constructed according to the standards of green buildings. 15 Year of 2016 On September 18, promulgate the Standards for Energy Saving Design for Residential Buildings in Hefei City and Standards for Energy Saving Design for Public Buildings in Hefei City. On January 1, 2017, 65% of energy saving design standards are fully implemented for civil buildings.

16 Year of Adhere to the design concept of "Passive priority, active optimization"; 2.Set the design limits of doors and windows, walls, roof and floor; 3.Add the construction measures of heat insulation, shock absorption, noise reduction for interlayer floors; 4. Moderately improve the heat preservation and thermal insulation properties of the wall,substantially improve the thermal performance of doors and windows.
