38 Most natural products, in aquaculture and agriculture, do not show good results in lab tests. The laboratory environment is totally different than a real world environment. accelerates natural processes, it does not create new ones.

39 Most beakers used for lab tests are tall and narrow. They form a column of water, not a body of water. A body of water, such as an aquaculture pond, has a much larger surface area.

40 The anaerobic (bad)bacteria is converted to NH3-N ammonia and quickly evaporates as a gas. The higher the oxygen level is, the less ammonia the water can hold. The large surface area of the pond, the ambient air, and the sun, allows the ammonia to quickly disappear. A beaker in a lab holds the ammonia. The enzymes and vitamins in are activated by sunlight.
