PROVIDE AS-BUILT MEASUREMENTS AS NOTED IN THE "GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. TEMPORARY MULCH WITH TACKIFIER 1. ROUGHEN SOIL SURFACE SUCH THAT GROOVES/ROWS ARE FORMED PARALLEL TO THE CONTOURS. ORGANIC TACKIFIER SHALL BE ONE THAT IS LISTED ON THE NHDOT "QUALIFIED PRODUCT LIST". APPLY AT RATE ANBY METHOD RECOMMENDED BY TACKIFIER MANUFACTURER. 4. MAINTAIN BY RE-ROUGHING SOIL IF RUNOFF-INDUCED RILLS FORM AND APPLYING ADDITIONAL MULCH AND TACKIFIER WHERE BARE GROUND IS EXPOSED. THE WORK SHALL GENERALLY BE STAGED AS OUTLINED IN THE CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE. 4. AREAS SHALL BE CONSIDERED STABILIZED WHEN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING HAS OCCURRED: EROSION-CONTROL FABRIC HAS BEEN INSTALLED PER THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AT LEAST 85% VEGETATED GROWTH HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED (UNIFORMLY DISTRIBUTED) STONE/FILL, UNDERLINE BY GEOTEXTILE, HAS BEEN PLACED TO THE DEPTH INDICATED A WINTER-STABILIZATION STANDARD HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED PER THE WINTER-CONTINGENCY PLAN ABOVE. 5. ALL DITCHES AND SWALES ARE TO BE STABILIZED WITH EROSION CONTROL FABRIC OR STONE FILL (AS SHOWN) PRIOR TO DIRECTING RUNOFF TO THEM. 6. ALL DISTURBED EARTH AREAS THAT ARE NOT TO BE WORKED OR ANTICIPATED NOT TO BE WORK FOR TWO WEEKS SHALL BE STABILIZED BY APPLYING TEMPORARY MULCH. 7. PERMANENTLY STABILIZE ALL CUT/FILL AREAS (WITH PERMANENT TURF ESTABLISHMENT) AND THE DRIVE (WITH AGGREGATE BASE COURSES) AND OTHER ALL DISTURBED AREAS WITHIN 72 HOURS OF FINAL GRADING. 8. ALL DISTURBED AREAS NOT SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED IN THE CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE SHALL BE STABILIZED AS SOON AS PRACTICAL AFTER BEING WORKED. 9. ANY ONE AREA SHALL BE STABILIZED WITHIN 45-DAYS OF ITS INITIAL DISTURBANCE. 10. ALL SEDIMENTATION AND EROSION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE INSPECTED AT LEAST ONCE EVERY 7 DAYS AND FOLLOWING ANY STORM EVENT OF 0.5 INCHES OF RAINFALL OR GREATER. INSPECTION SHALL GENERALLY CONSIST OF VERIFYING THAT ALL SEDIMENTATION AND EROSION CONTROL MEASURES ARE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER AND IF NOT, MAKING REPAIRS. IF A REPAIR IS NECESSARY, IT WILL BE INITIATED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE REPORT. ADDITIONALLY, A SITE "WALK-THROUGH" SHALL BE MADE BEFORE ANY ANTICIPATED STORM EVENT. 11. REMOVE SEDIMENT FROM SEDIMENT TRAPPING DEVICES (CHECK DAMS, SILT FENCE, SEDIMENT BASINS, ETC.) WHEN THE SEDIMENT DEPTH REACHES 1/3 TO 1/2 OF THE MAXIMUM SEDIMENT DEPTH. 12. REMOVE THE TEMPORARY EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL DEVICES WITHIN ONE MONTH AFTER THE SITE IS PERMANENTLY STABILIZED. THE SITE IS CONSIDERED PERMANENTLY STABILIZED WHEN ALL PERMANENT NON-VEGETATIVE MEASURES ARE INSTALLED AND THE VEGETATION IS 90% ESTABLISHED UNIFORMLY OVER THE PORTION OF THE SITE TO BE VEGETATED. 13. All Erosion and Sediment Control Measures must meet the design Standards and Specifications set forth in "Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control for Urban and Developing Areas in New Hampshire", latest edition as amended. FOLLOWING WINTER STABILIZATION STANDARDS SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED AT A MINIMUM: 1. ALL PROPOSED VEGETATED AREAS WHICH DO NOT EXHIBIT A MINIMUM OF 85% VEGETATIVE GROWTH BY OCTOBER 15TH, OR WHICH ARE DISTURBED AFTER OCTOBER 15TH, SHALL BE STABILIZED BY SEEDING AND INSTALLING EROSION CONTROL FABRIC ON SLOPES GREATER THAN 3:1, AND SEEDING AND PLACING 3 TO 4 TONS OF STRAW MULCH PER ACRE, SECURED WITH ANCHORED NETTING, ELSEWHERE. THE INSTALLATION OF EROSION CONTROL FARBIC OR MULCH AND NETTING SHALL NOT OCCUR OVER ACCUMULATED SNOW OR ON FROZEN GROUND AND SHALL BE COMPLETED IN ADVANCE OF THAW OR SPRING MELT EVENTS; 2.
