2 OVERVIEW Designed to quickly and easily replace less efficient traditional fluorescent fittings. With market leading performance, our retrofit, edge lit LED ceiling tile uses the latest high brightness SMD LED technology combined with a high quality micro-honeycomb diffusion panel, light reflector sheet and fire retardant PMMA prismatic diffuser to offer clients a high brightness solution with perfectly homogeneous light output. The use of a superior grade, AL6063 aluminium frame, available in silver or RAL9010 White, completes the overall look of the product to an exemplary standard, whilst enabling us to maintain a slim-line approach with a solid heat-sink for the LEDs. Tryka offer a 5 year warranty when our LED panels are used with our UK manufactured LED drivers, with leading or trailing edge dimming. Standard tile sizes available include 300mm², 600mm², 600x300mm, 1200x600mm and 1200x300mm. We can also offer bespoke sizes to suit your project. Tryka are able offer any colour temperature between 2700k and 6500k with the specified CCT LED BIN specific ±50k. Although we standardize upon Warm White 3200k, Neutral White 4500k and Cool White 6000k. Our LED driver are Power Factor Corrected and offer an efficiency >90%, thus guaranteeing a lumen output in excess of of 77lm per circuit watt. Key Product Points Lightweight, Slimline Construction Our lightweight Aluminium frame construction houses the LEDs and aligns them with the diffusion panel for near-perfect light transmission and ensures a lightweight, easy to handle LED tile with maximum strength and durability. High Quality, Fire Retardent, Polycarbonate Diffuser Our TP(a) Fire Retardent Prismatic diffuser not only ensures the high quality light dispersion for even light distribution throughout the room, but also ensures there are no restrictions on using our product in most open plan areas or escape routes and enables the panel to be used as an emergency luminaire. Innovative Light Reflector The German designed Light Reflector allows light to transmit evenly throughout the fitting and ensures a high efficiency of forward emitted light, by reflecting the light through the diffusion panel and diffuser. Advanced LED Technology The use of high brightness, high quality SMD LEDs ensures a typical lifetime in excess of 50,000hrs with an LED performance of up to 81lm/w in Cool White (6000k), or 77lm/w in Neutral White (4500k), 72lm/w in Warm White (3200k). Suspension Kits and Surface Mounting Accessories Available Built on the long established virtues of Tryka and our experience gained from delivering products to many thousands of projects in over 50 countries worldwide in just over ten years, we know our product inside and out and are pleased to support clients with a straightforward, five year, back to base warranty. 5 ENVIRONMENTAL With the ability to reduce your power consumption by up to 80% through using Tryka LED tiles, installing our product is guaranteed to reduce your carbon footprint and reduce running costs drastically. In addition to low running costs and reduced energy consumption, the LED lifetime is far superior to fluorescent equivalents meaning that there are no more expensive disposal costs or environmental issues. Effective CO2 reduction Tryka LED Tile has a major role in improving the sustainability profile of a commercial property. Our 600x600 LED tile has an LED power consumption of 40w, with a total of 44 circuit watts and a lumen output of 3600lm in Cool White 6000k, 3400lm in Neutral White 4500k or 3200lm in Warm White with a CRI Ra>80. PFC 0.95, Efficiency 85%. WEEE all like to recycle Fluorescent lamps are classified as hazardous waste as part of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE). Businesses who wish to dispose of fluorescent lamps cannot take them back to their retailer, they must approach a registered waste carrier to safely dispose of fluorescent lamps in a compliant format.
