2 EU integration Process Steps The relationship between EU and Albania are establish on 1991 after the Communism system In November 1992 was signed the agreement for Commerce and collaboration and also politic dialog in between. EU decided on 21 of October 2002 to open the negotiation process with Albania Stabilization and Association Agreement with Albania was signed on 12 of June 2006, and enter in force on 1 of April Council of Ministers of Albanian Government approve the National Plan for to implement the Association and Stabilization Agreement for period EU candidate status to Albania 24 June 2014 Law 111/2012 on Integrated Water resources Management
