3 We operate the largest drum and containerised fleet of hazardous waste vehicles in the UK servicing over 4,000 clients nationwide which gives us the flexibility to cater for all manner of collections ranging from a single drum once a year to complex multi- site organisations. Our treatment and disposal typically involves segregating and bulking, transfer, high temperature incineration, composting as well as various methods of specialised consolidation. We aim to reduce the amount of waste and landfill is the last resort and only accepted once we have explored all viable alternatives. Our secure destruction facility is capable of processing over 50,000,000 kilos of waste per annum. Clients can watch the destruction of their waste from our private viewing gallery or from the convenience of their office via our secure online video link. We are one of only a few companies able to offer Trans Frontier Shipments (TFS). These innovative alternative recovery processes are used to store, aggregate and bulk transfer particular wastes such as Isocyanates, flammable solids, resins, filter cake and contaminated packaging. 7 Blendcheck are authorised as an approved assessment centre and able to deliver all WAMITAB (Waste Management Industry Training and Advisory Board) courses. Restricted to circa 12 candidates per session for maximum interaction and engagement, our training courses are carried out at our Midlands based purpose built facility. Our staff are qualified to deliver waste management associated courses including; Waste - Your Duty of Care this course takes place monthly, lasts approximately 5 hours and is conducted by trained industry professionals, making it ideal for facility management companies, waste producers, brokers or dealers. Continuing Competence Refresher Training 3 hour course includes permitting and WEEE regulations, operator competence and Hazardous Waste regulations.
