The proposed Commercial cum Residential complex site is well connected by service road of NH # 16. The existing road can handle this additional increase in vehicular traffic. Total water demand is about 8 KLD during Construction of complex & 170 KLD during the operation of complex (Residential 64 KLD & Commercial 106 KLD) All construction materials such as Ready mix Concrete, Cement, Sand, Aggregate, Aerated Auto clave, Concrete Brick (nos.), Reinforcement Steel, Wood material, Painting material, Flooring Material, Sanitary Material, Electrical Material, Plumbing material are available locally. 2.5 Forests and timber (source MT) Wood material required for Windows & Doors of Imported Quality will be procured locally. 2.6 Energy including electricity and fuels (source, competing users) Unit: fuel (MT), energy (MW) The total energy requirement for the proposed project is 2000 KVA (Maximum peak demand). It will be taken from APEPDCL. DG set will be provided for emergency Backup Power Supply. 9

Production of solid wastes during construction or operation or decommissioning (MT/month) S.. Information/Checklist / 4.1 Spoil, overburden or mine wastes The dug soil during excavation will be used for filling of low lying areas. 4.2 Municipal waste (domestic and or Residential wastes) 4.3 Hazardous wastes (as per Hazardous Waste Management Rules) Municipal solid waste generated during construction phase of the project will be given to the Municipal Corporation. The Solid waste generated during operation phase will be mainly in the form of garbage, paper waste, plastic waste and e-waste from the individual homes. The garbage will be segregated at each section distinguishing Recyclable & n- recyclable garbage and will be taken away by Municipal Corporation. Vegetable waste and food waste generated will be bio composted within the complex premises and will be as manure for greenbelt development. Used batteries & Waste oil will be given to SPCB approved vendors 4.4 Other industrial process wastes t Applicable as there will not be any industrial operations in the Complex 4.5 Surplus product Surplus raw materials after construction will be given to the suppliers. 12

Information/Checklist 4.6 Sewage sludge or other sludge from effluent treatment / Sewage sludge generated will be stored in HDPE bags and will be used as manure. 4.7 Construction or demolition wastes At the time of construction of the proposed project, there will be some recyclable material like Steel, metal, Plastic material, Wood etc., will be sent to reuse / recycle and other wastes like Bricks, cement waste will be used for leveling. There will be some demolition for converting the Residential complex to complex. 4.8 Redundant machinery or equipment redundant machinery will be kept in the premises after construction of the complex 4.9 Contaminated soils or other materials 4.10 Agricultural wastes t applicable During the construction phase of the Project, all precautionary measures will be taken to prevent the spillage of oil, paints on to the ground to prevent the contamination of soil Other solid wastes E-waste generated will be given Authorized recyclers approved by SPCB. 5. Release of pollutants or any hazardous, toxic or noxious substances to air (Kg/hr) S.. Information/Checklist 5.1 Emissions from combustion of fossil fuels from stationary or mobile sources / During the operation phase of the complex, emissions will be mainly PM, NMHC, NOx & CO due to vehicular traffic and from D.G. sets provided for Backup power supply. 13

Information/Checklist 6.1 From operation of equipment e.g. engines, ventilation plant, crushers / with source of information data Main source of ise generation will be DG sets and Motor pumps for supply of water. The D.G. Sets & Motor pumps manufactured in accordance with the noise level standards stipulated by MOEF vide notification dated , only will be used in the Complex. Hence there will not be much increase in ise levels in the surrounding areas. 6.2 From industrial or similar processes The sources of noise generation in the proposed project will be DG set. 15

Ambient noise levels will be in accordance with MOEF notification dated i.e. noise levels will be <55 dba during daytime and < 45 dba during night time. 6.3 From construction or demolition Construction equipment will cause some noise. Permission from Petroleum And Explosives Safety Organization will be obtained for storage of Diesel. Hence the occurrence of explosion due to the storage of Diesel will be low. 18
