6 WHOLLY OWNED SEWING PLANTS Produces tees, fleece and underwear up to 4 million garments per month State of the art facility focuses on basic tees up to 4.8 million per month Starting Q1 to produce syntethics and light weight fabrics. This plant will also produce the retail programs with DC incorporated

7 ENERGY PROJECTS Elcatex Group is already generating its own electricity using renewable biomass. This project has been undertaken with support from CABEI. The project consists of treating residual water (extracted from king grass) right through an anaerobic process (zero oxygenation) to generate biogas. The generation capacity is approximately 5 MW in addition of the power biomass project. Project consist on the utilization of ZipTex Rooftops for the generation of 7.4 MW of renewable energy. Largest Photovoltaic Project on rooftops in Latin America.

10 UNITED TEXTILES OF AMERICA - UNITEXA New synthetic yarn production plant with a total investment of $73 million able to produce 30K tons per year of synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon, will be ready to start production by second half 2018 This will be the first production plant of its size and nature in Central America opening Honduras' doors to a new textile segment, attracting more specialized manufacturing industries for the transformation of synthetic yarn of different categories of texture, including recycled polyester.
