1 PREQUALIFICATION FOR INTEGRATED REFINERY MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT VL, LANJIGARH Annual Turn Over of more than one hundred crores report. Top 5 Clients Details. At least 5 years of experience of O&M in a complex plant. The scope includes providing following services at Vedanta, Lanjigarh, Odisha:- Integrated Refinery Maintenance: It can be divided in the following 3 categories: Mechanical Maintenance: Mechanical Maintenance contractor to carry out all maintenance activities for the complete Alumina Refinery which include preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, proactive maintenance, daily maintenance, shift maintenance, emergency break down maintenance and planned shutdown maintenance, inspection of all relevant items by Statutory Authorities, housekeeping, record keeping of all activities through CMMS. The Major equipments are Stacker-cum-Reclaimer, Crusher, Roller Screen, Apron feeders, Conveyor Belts & their accessories, Vibrating screens, Banana screens, Ball mills, Predesilicators, Direct & Indirect Heaters, Flash Vessels, Digesters, Mud Settlers & Washers, Hydrated thickeners, Slurry pumps, Water ring Vacuum pumps, Air compressors, Root Blowers, Pan filters, Fans, Tanks & Agitators, Gear boxes, Digester Filters, Plate Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers & related equipments, Gas Suspended Calciners, Forklifts, Overhead cranes, Different type of Material Handling Equipment & Valves, Pipelines of different sizes etc. Electrical Maintenance: To provide all kinds of maintenance of all electrical equipment connected in operating units of Alumina Refinery, all substations & switchgear rooms, all non plant buildings like CCR, Workshop, Project office, Ware house, Gate house, railway commercial building, wagon tippler, red mud filtration, Kesinga & Lanjigarh pump house & other offices inside the plant.

2 Instrumentation Maintenance: To provide instrumentation maintenance work in the entire Alumina plant excluding the Power plant. The work includes all preventive/scheduled maintenance; shut down maintenance, breakdown/work order maintenance, Shift maintenance, Instruments, Air conditioning Instruments, Kesinga pump house flow meter, Chemical Lab Instrument and Instrument workshop management. The agency should have adequate manpower, tools/tackles and consumable to complete all the above jobs safely in the specified time.

3 PREQUALIFICATION FOR PROVIDING O&M of CHP and AHP AT VL, LANJIGARH Annual Turn Over of more than fifty crores. report Top 5 Clients Details. Minimum 5 years of experience of maintenance of CHP and AHP with Indian coal in a complex plant. The scope includes providing following services at Vedanta, Lanjigarh, Odisha:- O&M of CHP and AHP: Entire Operation & Maintenance of all Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation equipments in coal handling plant and ash handling plant.

4 PREQUALIFICATION FOR PROVIDING TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES AT VL, LANJIGARH Annual Turn Over of more than thirty crores report. Top 5 Clients Details. Must have 5 years prior experience of doing similar type of job in a complex manufacturing industry. Must have 3 years prior experience of doing all the below mentioned services in an alumina refinery. The scope includes providing following services at Vedanta, Lanjigarh, Odisha:- Technical Services and Industrial Housekeeping: This contract consists of 4 parts namely: a.) Housekeeping of areas: Providing manpower for industrial housekeeping of 17 areas inside the plant for the smooth running of maintenance and operation. b.) Vehicle/Machinery hiring: Providing vehicles like JCB, bobcats, hywas for facilitating housekeeping and other operations. c.) Descaling of tanks: Descaling of more than 30 kinds of tanks like PDS, settler washer, lime tank etc. with all safety precautions as per VL requirement. d.) Special Purpose Jobs: Special jobs like caustic and HFO unloading from BTPN rakes to tanks to be done by contractor. The detailed RFQ will be shared with qualified vendors for further discussions.

6 PREQUALIFICATION FOR SUPPLY OF CHILLER UNITS TO VL,LANJIGARH Annual Turn Over of more than ten crores Last three years P/L Statement/Balance Sheet. Top 5 Clients Details Must be proven manufacturers of chiller units Must have done 10 successful projects in last 3 years. The scope includes providing following services at Vedanta, Lanjigarh, Odisha: Chiller: Vendor has provide complete Design, Supply, installation, cable laying, ducting and commissioning of cooling system. Performance guarantee test. Supply of 5 years O & M spare by CAMC (Comprehensive Asset Management Contract) Supply: 2 nos 105 TR Double effect Vapour Absorption Machine, control panel, 1 Nos AHU (25000 CFM with 100 mm WC static head or as per actual) & as per actuals.

7 PREQUALIFICATION FOR PROVIDING HIRING OF EARTHMOVING EQUIPMENTS AND LOAD LIFTING EQUIPMENTS AT VL, LANJIGARH Annual Turn Over of more than five crores report Top 5 Clients Details. 8 PREQUALIFICATION FOR O&M OF HYDRO JETTING MACHINE AT VL, LANJIGARH Annual Turn Over of more than five crores report Top 5 Clients Details Minimum 3 years experience of conducting hydro jetting contracts in complex manufacturing plants. The scope of work includes but not limited to cleaning of tanks, heaters, pipelines, pumps, valves, screen segments, strainers, vessels and any other jobs required and specified by Vedanta EIC through High-Pressure Pumps. The Operation & Maintenance of entire hydro jetting system shall be included. Party will carry out loading, unloading & transportation of machines where ever required for hydro-jetting jobs.
