In this connection, we are submitting the Check list, Form I and Pre-Feasibility Report with Mining Plan, Pre-Feasibility Report & Progressive mine closure plan for Environmental Clearance of the project of Blacktrap (1.00 Ha) at S paiki, Village Sinugra, Taluka Anjar Kutch with soft copy for the proposed project. Blasting will be handled with the experienced worker who will be equipped with all safety tools like hand gloves, helmet, earmuff, safety shoes and mask the other workers who are present during the blasting at site must be equipped with all above safety measures. Sprinkling of water will done. Adequate security guard alerted on road. Trucks would be instructed to keep its side mirrors and reverse horn in operational position. Plantation of 200 saplings would be done. Water will be sprayed before blasting. Mask, earplug, helmet and safety shoes must be putted on by all the workers. Green belt will be developed at site area. 37 Plan for managing storm water, details of garland drains to be provided. Surface runoff and garland drains water will be channelized towards the water reservoir for the rain water harvesting and use of it. This will help replenish ground water also. 3
