19 Licensing issues Environmental licence o The site test framework program is ready. o The preparation of the monitoring is in progress. o Licensing documents will be elaborated after the end of the monitoring program. Site licence o The framework program and the geological investigation plan are ready and reviewed by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). o The geological investigation plan is ready for submission to the Mining Authority for approval. o The execution of the geological and site investigation will be started after the approval of the Mining Authority. o The licensing documents (EIA) could be elaborated after the end of the investigation program.
