A copy of the inspection report is enclosed for your records. Please refer to the attached inspection report to note the specific allegations. A written response for the noted allegations, describing the corrective action taken or to be taken, must be submitted to my attention at the address listed below within thirty (30) days from the date hereof. Failure to submit the written response shall be construed as an admission of any allegations. Any items noted that are neglected and/or persistent may warrant formal enforcement action. On 904 {h} Adequate supervision of facility- As for a license operator on site we have Paula Lee studying for her license, she plans to renew on June I plan to renew my license in June as well. On 904 {1} Adequate drainage to sanitary sewers- As for the lower processing area we did not see anything on this in the current permit, only drains in the upper processing area are on the permit. While it rains we are using sawdust in the lower processing area to help keep it dry then moving it up to upper processing to be loaded onto a transfer truck and then transferred to landfill in Cherokee village.
