12 CO 2 capture pilot in Nijmegen Pilot R&D Capture ready Demonstration Implementation Cooperation: Hitachi Power Europe, E.ON Benelux and Electrabel NL Goal: Design, build and operate a test facility to investigate the behavior of different solvents in the process of CO2-capture out of flue gasses. Sub goals: - Gain operational experience - Lowering energy consumption - Clear picture from environmental impact - In operation in 2010 (coal/biomass plant in Nijmegen) 12
