CONTENTS APPLICATIONS 03 PERFORMANCE 04 WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT US 05 RETURN ON INVESTMENT 06 APPLICATIONS The D:MAX equipment solution is a mobile screening & classification system which efficiently removes grit, rag and other troublesome solids from your waste stream. The D:MAX can be applied to process a variety of materials including: 04 ENVIRONMENT 08 EFFICIENCY 10 BUILT TO LAST 12 SAFETY 14 RAPID DEPLOYMENT 16 Lagoon / Pond Emptying Solids Storm Screenings AD Settled Residues Tank Cleanout Residue Municipal Solids EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS 18

Performance PERFORMANCE The D:MAX system ensures maximum solids removal and dewatering of waste material for minimal waste volumes. WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT US The mobile nature of the D:MAX unit ensures flexible processing of waste material, from a variety of industries, to ensure solids removal and dewatering of material for minimal waste volumes. The benefit of the D:MAX is the classification; to be able to remove the rag and grit from the stream allows us to separate our flows. With the D:MAX operational now, it has improved our throughput. Originally, when we were pumping straight to the balance tank, we were only able to process 1 truckload per day, now with the D:MAX we can fill 3-4 truckloads per day. Phil Connor Production Supervisor, Conhur The D:MAX recovers organic materials which can be used in electricity generation

RETURN ON INVESTMENT Return on The D:MAX creates new markets for classified and dewatered products. Legislation from Environmental Agencies has designated classified and dewatered grit as a Low Risk Waste therefore allowing its use on a range of construction projects. Classified grit material can also be sold to the agricultural market. Reduced solids passing through pumps, tanks and centrifuges reduces wear and the requirement for unnecessary maintenance. Grit, sand and plastics are removed in the pretreatment stage, maintaining capacity in tanks further down the treatment line for biomass power generation

The pre-treatment of waste prior to disposal is a requirement from many global landfill directives and the introduction of the D:MAX ensures all requirements are exceeded in terms of the level of treatment afforded to the feed material. 08 Environment ENVIRONMENT The D:MAX can be easily moved around a number of sites if required, facilitating processing in situ at a variety of locations. This minimises the transport movements required to bring waste material to a processing site. 09

EFFICIENCY Rosta screen mounts ensure the maximum transfer of energy to the material on the screen guaranteeing the most efficient use of power. Efficiency The D:MAX produces a dewatered grit product suitable for a variety of further applications. This material can represent up to 70% of the total waste; recovery of this material alone has a huge impact on the volumes of waste to be sent to landfill. Rag, organics and other screenings are classified. Variable Speed Drives conserve energy and ensure the D:MAX system can adapt to accommodate surges of rag or grit and variation in feed material. The D:MAX system is tailored to the individual requirements of the waste water treatment process and offers water utility companies and contractors the most efficient processing system for a range of waste materials. The D:MAX comes equipped with its own on-board generator for ease of operation; this also provides additional flexibility on site to run ancillary equipment. The telescopic product conveyor gives the D:MAX an added degree of flexibility to cope with the individual requirements of the site it is operating on. This can be deployed on either side of the D:MAX. Standard compliant walkways to ensure quick, easy and safe access for maintenance

BUILT TO LAST Built to last The technology featured on the D:MAX has been employed in the toughest materials handling industries for over 20 years. Key design features include high wear application screens, WIMES protective paint and an intelligent greasing system, all of which guarantee system longevity

Safety SAFETY The D:MAX has numerous safety features which ensure the health and safety of operators, including isolator systems, emergency stops, hydrostatic sensors, guarding, handrails, and an on-board power washer. BS stairs and walkways ensure easy, safe access for inspection. The D:MAX is fitted with lights to enhance safety for night time operation

Rapid RAPID DEPLOYMENT The D:MAX is pre-wired, assembled and factory tested before leaving CDEnviro Headquarters. The D:MAX is trailer mounted with its own onboard generator, ensuring rapid and efficient deployment at each location. Quick release couplings and hydraulic extending walkways and conveyor allow quick and easy set up on any site
