This is why I am more than pleased to take over the patronage of Energy at HANNOVER MESSE Energy presents the key aspects to a sustainable and integrated energy system: power generation, transmission, distribution, and storage as well as mobility solutions. The growing global demand for energy can only be met sustainably through the expansion of renewable energy sources and improved energy efficiency. This requires new and ever improving technologies. Energy provides an overview of what is already technically possible and what the near future will bring. It is an opportunity to present new ideas and solutions, to exchange ideas with experts and to learn more about the latest technologies and projects around the energy supply of the future. The world s largest trade fair for intelligent and secure energy and mobility technologies shows the value-adding chain for a complete picture of the energy industry.
