7 We have played a strong role in supporting the Scottish Oil Industry Specialist Pumps for numerous challenging applications have almost become our trademark. Dredging, specialist mud and metering systems, high pressure jetting and fire pumps all make up part of our portfolio along with the more mundane but equally rewarding business of supplying spare parts and repairing and testing plant, on time, in accordance with our clients schedules. 11 Ferrier Pumps are heavily involved in supplying and maintaining an extraordinary diverse range of pumps and associated equipment for fluid and product transfer, bottling, Cleaning in Place Systems (CIP), mixing, vacuum packaging, wash-down systems, effluent treatment and the injection of additives, preservatives and colouring agents. 11 Ferrier Pumps have the expertise to analyse our clients requirements and provide the right product for the application, all in accordance with latest Statutory Hygiene Standards.

18 GOLD STAR MAINTENANCE SERVICE Ferrier Pumps operate a specialist preventative maintenance system known as the Our service Engineers are fully trained in the use of gas detection equipment, confined space working and all relevant health and safety legislation, we are NICEIC registered and operate to IS09001:2000 quality control procedures. 'Gold Star Programme' designed for supermarkets, service stations, schools, hotels and caravan sites etc. In short a programme designed for businesses that rely on first class performance from their sewage systems, water supplies and heating systems, but who cannot justify staff to maintain such equipment. As part of the 'Gold Star' packages, Ferrier Pumps carry out a survey of their clients requirements and formulate a comprehensive programme of site visits and routine maintenance inspections to match their customer s needs. TWO STAR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT Will consist of one major and one minor site visit per year. THREE STAR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT will consist of one major and two minor site visit per year. FOUR STAR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT will consist of two major and two minor site visits per year.
