1 Introduction of KHN rotating blade sand removal Cyclone sedimentation tank is mainly used for the pretreatment of sewage treatment plant (station), used for the removal of large inorganic particles in sewage before the primary sedimentation tank, after the grid. The rotating impeller is used to control the velocity and flow pattern of the flow into the sedimentation tank. 2 I. Main structure and working principle The horizontal swirling flow mode is adopted in the sedimentation tank. Sewage flows in tangentially from the tank body and flows out of the tank with a rotation of 270 degrees. The residence time of the water body in the tank is about 30 seconds. Sewage enters the pool tangentially through the inlet at a velocity greater than 1 m/s, which produces a certain swirling flow. Under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, sand particles accelerate settlement along the wall of the pool and slide into the sand sinking bucket. The deposited sand particles are supplied with certain pressure gas by blower and sent to the bottom of the pool through sand washing pipeline for forced washing, so that the residual organic matter on the surface of the sand particles can be thoroughly removed, and then the sand particles are transported to the spiral sand separator for sand water separation by sand lifting device. 1. The stripping device is composed of a three-leaf Roots blower, an exhaust solenoid valve, a sand washing solenoid valve, a sand lifting solenoid valve and a pipeline. The reducer is equipped with an automatic oil level adjusting device, so that the gear transmission can achieve good lubrication under any temperature change conditions. 5 The driving motor is flange-mounted induction motor, suitable for 380V, 3-phase, 50Hz power supply, the motor should be IP55 protection.
