6 Objetive and Target of the Action Plan General: To impulse the prevention and integrate management of the MSW, SW, HW, MW, in order to reduce the generation, sorting at source, recycling, energy recovery and restricted and appropriate final disposal of waste, in share producer responsability framework Impulsar la prevención y gestión integral de RSU, RME, RP y RMMP, a través de minimización, separación en fuente, reutilización y reciclaje, valoración material y energética y disposición final restringida y apropiada, bajo esquemas de responsabilidad compartida y diferenciada

7 Strategies to achieve the Target To promote the elaboration of legal and managements instruments in ordes to respond at needs, priorities, and regional circunstances. (Promover instrumentos jurídicos y administrativos para necesidades, prioridades y circunstancias regionales). For example: - To promote the elaboration of Statal and Municipal Integral Management Programs, according with PNPGIR - To Develop of regulation instruments (norm, reglaments, law, etc) - To Develop of economical instruments to support the better waste management - To promote the coordination between national, statal and municipal authorities To promote activ participation of society to reduce the waste generation rate, sorting at sources, to improve the appropriate management of waste (Lograr participación activa de la sociedad en reducción de generación, separación en la fuente y manejo ambiental de residuos)

Special effort to promote the management plan of ELV, e-waste, Construction Waste, End of Life medicine, Organics To have enough and appropriate infrastructure for refuse collection coverage, sort at source, recycling, treatment and final disposal (Contar con infraestructura suficiente y apropiada para recolección, separación, reciclaje, tratamiento y disposición final) To elaborate the information waste system (Desarrollar subsistema de información ambiental de residuos)
