2 About Exhibition Given the outstanding rank of the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN among the largest gas producing countries, the master plans and strategies of the country in the gas industry, the domestic advances in the area, the ongoing joint international activities and the role of natural gas in sustainable development and increasing national wealth, the 1 st international Iran Gas Show (IRGS) is to be held, for the first time in the history of the oil and gas, as well as the trade fair industry, to serve as a platform for the officials, professionals and stakeholders to convene in a prominent event in Tehran. IRGS tends to cover all activities, products, instruments, services and technologies involved in the value chain of the gas industry. Main objectives: Serving as a specialized platform for presenting the capabilities of major gas producing countries in natural gas industry and its value chain Presenting Iran's investment and cooperation potentials as the top owner of gas reserves worldwide Setting the commercial and industrial grounds for the development of the natural gas production and export industries and technology transfer under the Resistive Economy Policies, the 6 th Iranian Development Plan and other master plans and strategies Enhancing Iran's rank in terms of hosting international events Why IRGS? IRGS offer various attractions and reasons for the audience to participate in a prominent specialized event, where renowned brands and producers get together in Tehran. Although the fair held in September 2018, is the first round of IRGS, the capacities and capabilities existing in Iran indicate that IRGS has the prospects of being a major event in the energy industry. 10 Registration Registration Steps Electronic registration (Filling the electronic forms) by the applicants Evaluation of the information by the IRGS administration Localization and presentation of the stand map by the IRGS administration Issuance of the debit note Payment of the fees by the applicants Notes Applicants represented by third parties are kindly required to convey their localization and payment considerations to their representatives The localization of stands shall be based on good/service classifications, the size, or type of the stand (equipped or non-equipped). Forwarding and original signed and sealed copy of the last page of the IRGS information and regulations form is necessary. All IRGS registration steps can be performed through the website or by . Sample pictures have been included under the participants menu. - Visa, hotel reservation, transportation, customs clearance and goods transportation, refreshments, appointing stand personnel, intererpreters, publishing and other related services can be obtained from the IRGS administration/representatives and the costs shall be declared. - Hall A5 shall be reserved for self-built stands & foreign participants. - All costs shall be subjected to a 9% VAT. 11

13 About Shahr-e-Aftab The primary plan of Shahr-e-Aftab International Exhibition as the greatest exhibition project of our country has been started with the area of 275 hectares next to the Khalij-e-Fars highway. This project has been approved by Tehran City Council and has been run by Tehran Municipality. After the approval of plan and providing the financial, the construction implementation of this great complex has been started in Finally the first phase of this international complex has been operated at the same time with the 29th Tehran International Book Fair in In the initial phase, the following areas have been launched which are included: The permanent roofed exhibition constructions including 3 halls with a total area of square meters The temporary exhibition places (frame-tents) with a total area of approximate square meters which will be replaced by payment constructions in next phases The Nations Hall with more than 7000 square meters area The administrative space with square meters in two floors The subsidiary service places (restaurant, coffee shop, stores and so on) The next phase of project is identified as follow: The development construction of permanent roofed exhibition with total approximate square meters The total approximate square meters area of auditoriums Multi-story car parking with the capacity of 7500 cars Two international trade centers with company offices, administrative space and their parking lots with the area of total approximate square meters Service and welfare areas consisting of 8 subsidiary buildings each with an area of approximate square meters The great mosque of exhibition with the area of more than square meters Two 5-star hotels and an apartment hotel with an approximate area of 160,000 square meters Available service in the Exhibition space: The great and proprietary subway station of shah-e-aftab for easy access of visitors Financial services including City Bank operational branch automatic city bank service offices ATMs and a number of cashless service machines Several parking lots of the exhibition area along with the extra parking lots in Imam Khomeini Holy shrine with the total capacity of 11,000 cars Shahrvand Shopping center Other features: Easy access road to Shahr-e-Aftab International Exhibition by means of Khalij-e-Fars, ShahidTondgooyan and Shahid- Mahallaty Highways The green space of Shahr-e-Aftab International Exhibition Center with more than 40 hectares The complex is Near to Imam Khomeini International Airport and has easy access for exhibitors and foreign visitors 13
