4 ORC system SGPTI-280 The new PureCycle series Organic Rankine Circle (ORC) power generation system have been developed by our partner company Tica and builds up on United Technologies Corporation (UTC) 30years experience in low-temperature cogeneration. Pure Cycle ORC mature solution adopts organic working fluid with low boiling point. Under the condition of low temperature heat source, the organic working fluid can obtain high-pressure gas, driving expander to get power. The low level heat energy is converted into the high level electricity. The system applies to low temperature ( C) waste heat recovery and power generation, improving the efficiency of energy utilization, and promoting energy conservation and emissions reduction. PureCycle ORC turbines can be widely used for waste heat recovery power generation in energy-intensive industries, such as steel metallurgy, cement and building materials, chemical and petroleum industry, printing and dyeing papermaking, thermoelectricity and nuclear power, chemical fertilizer and pharmaceutical industry etc. The useless low-level heat energy is converted into high quality electricity. 6 VCRC system SGPHD1000 Compare to traditional ORC that use hydrocarbons to run the inner system section and drive turbine or expander, our VCRC system uses directly the hot media produced from Geothermal well or Solar Thermal system. The VCRC efficiency is about 15-20% lower than ORC because it cannot benefit from chemical-physical characteristic of Hydrocarbons. However, its price is almost a half and service and maintenance expenses are significantly lower too. On the top of that operators are avoiding relatively complicated dangerous material handling (ORC fluids), which results in simpler and cheaper operation and less employees. The secret is hiding in specially adjusted screw expander, and in the overall design of vacuum condenser and evaporator supported by special vacuum jet pumps. Replacement of some components is more frequent but many other components as well as expensive ORC fluid is not present so the resulting price/ performance ratio is much better at VCRC. Disadvantage of the VCRC is limited used of CHP (Combined Heat and Power) because drop in temperature is much higher that at traditional ORCs. (Typical output is around 40 C only) VCRC is therefore rather not recommended at markets where heat sale is key component in economics.

8 Solar Thermal Powerplants - STSGP system. Turn key solutions using ORC. Innovative solution of stand alone Solar Thermal System. Highly efficent parabolas are heating the media as high as up to 300 C. It is than stored in thermal tanks and used in closed loop system to run our SGPTI280 turbines. Whole solution is designed to be easily installed at any site without a need of building foundations. Instead we use ground screws that are being installed using any hydraulic UNC machine or similar. Container solution enables simple and eficient transportation to remote areas and simple instalation. Unlike with photovoltaic powerplants, components of our STSGP are hardly usefull for other purpose than power generation and therefore thefts of particular components is rather unusuall. 280 kw system cost starting at 1,9mil Eur Annual gross production 1, kwh
