10 TRUST IN QUALITY TAP WATER THE WATER CONSUPTION SCENARIO IN ITALY To reinforce consumer perception and trust in tap water quality is mandatory for CAP GROUP The Italians are among the biggest consumers of bottled water along with the Mexicans and Turkish. 14 BEYOND THE REPORT: WATER SAFETY PLAN AND GLOBAL PROTECTION Water Safety Plan is a multidisciplinary approach combining a global protection of resource with a risksharing and stakeholder involvement model: It improves water quality; It s iterative and participated; It s a methodical approach and should drive continuous improvement; It s a part of a modern water Company s strategy; It plays a key role in making decisions regarding capital investments and in stakeholder engagement.

17 TRANSPARENCY IN INVESTIMENTS Our second goal is ensure transparency of investments to demonstrate how, where and when are the tariff spent. More 100 constructions yards everyday; about euros invested per day; IT PLATFORM

18 TRANSPARENCY YARDS ON LINE FOR EVERYBODY An IT platform that collects information about the yards and the entire supply chain of the companies involved in constructions.

19 BECOME TRANSPARENT LIKE WATER Costruction and earthmoving are high risk of inflitration activities With Legality Protocol signed with the Prefettura of Milan, the police authority can see all details of the CAP construction sites. Through an online platform everyone involved can input the details of the contract that are readily available for police checks. Gruppo CAP received the maximum three-stars score for the Legality Rating, an acknowledgment awarded by the Antitrust Authority in association with the Anticorruption Authority.

21 LEGALITY PROTOCOL: STRICT AND CONTINUOUS CONTROLS/3 data on the workforce present on site, specifying, for each unit, the professional; flows of the local workforce, the recruitment methods and professional types; flows of local labor, the information on the training followed by the worker; company carrying out works including contractor, subcontractor and third; All data (type, numbers, etc.) of machines of the contractor, subcontractor, and third; all data of vehicles that have access to the construction site; the names of all employees who will be involved in working within the yard, as well as the authorized persons for another reason; The site coordinator is required to enter into the information system, without any delay, and no later than on the day before the machining, any change relating to the data sent.
