4 COMPANY 1980 Liquid Gas International ( LGI ) Established as privately owned company % take-over by Tractebel Engineering and company name changed into Tractebel Gas Engineering ( TGE ) 2001 Entrance into LNG business through the execution of the Sines LNG Terminal Project for Tractebel 2006 Management buy-out with company name changed to TGE Gas Engineering OUR HISTORY Since being founded in 1980 as a small, privately owned company in Bonn, Germany, TGE has considerably expanded its range of expertise alongside the changing project demands and challenges to become a major partner in the natural gas and petrochemical markets. Today we are integrated in the CIMC Group and act worldwide as a contractor for international projects. ISO STANDARDS Apart from being awarded the ISO 9001:2000, TGE was certified in 2004 in accordance with OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004. This clearly demonstrates that TGE has identified quality, health, safety and environment as key issues to its business. On November 21, 2007 TGE became one of the first German companies to be awarded the accredited certificate of the ISO / TS 29001:2003 standards. This special technical standard is applicable to sector-specific demands and requirements regarding product design, development, production, installation and service within the petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries.

6 COMPETENCES TERMINALS AND STORAGES FOR LNG TGE has over 36 years of experience in the design, procurement and construction of cryogenic storage facilities and terminals for liquefied gases. Since our entry in the LNG Terminal business in 2001 our services and solutions for export and import terminals for Liquefied Natural Gas are geared to accommodate the increasing worldwide demands for clean energy. TGE has designed and installed 3 Million m³ of LNG storage, over 13 MMTPA of LNG Regasification capacity and over 3 MMTPA Small-Mid Scale LNG production capacity. TGE acts as a flexible, competent and strong global partner. We provide: LNG import and export terminals installed: 30, ,000 m³ Storage Tanks designed from 5, ,000 m³ References for relevant International Design Codes: Tanks: ACI 376, API 620, API 625, EN Facilities: NFPA 59a, EN 1473, etc. TERMINALS AND STORAGES FOR PETROCHEMICAL / CHEMICAL GASES More than 2 Million m 3 of cryogenic storage installed in over 40 tanks installed with sizes ranging from 10,000 m 3 to 120,000 m ,000 m 3 for Ethylene, Ethane 1,256,000 m 3 for Propylene, Propane, LPG, Ammonia, etc.

8 COMPETENCES PACKAGE PLANTS TGE has produced a line of package plants using elements of the core product lines used on previously completed projects, including small gas processing and treatment plants. These package plants are delivered to site fully ready for operations. Other major advantages of package plants are their compact size, cost effectiveness and potential savings on onsite installation costs. These features make TGE package plants more attractive for customers that require modular solutions. The company was founded in 1995 and is an experienced specialised engineering and consultancy company that has solid experience in projects and studies that cover mechanical, structural, civil geotechnical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, controls and process engineering with an extensive expertise and experience in cryogenic & low temperature storage tanks, spheres and vessels.
