Our partners Organizations that have supported users

From challenges to impacts CHALLENGES IMPACTS -Inappropriate waste management, ccontamination of rivers and lakes -Global warming -Negative health effects -Protection of water sources and basins -Reduction of greenhouse gases -Reduction of sanitary risks -Use of chemical fertilizers -Changes in crop cycles SOLUTION -Increased productivity in harvest and soil remediation -Increase in energy costs -Tree logging and use of wood -Contamination through smoke inside the house Aimed for: -Self-generation of renewable energy -Savings through displacement of fossil fuels and chemical fertilizers -Protection of forests -Wood displacement and reduction of respiratory diseases 1) Backyard farms 2) Small and medium farms from 10 to 200 cows or 20 to 2,000 hogs 3) Slaughterhouses 4) Community centers 1

A technology designed for small-scale farmers Production of clean and sustainable energy Sanitation, rural development and food security Farmer empowerment through energy independence 2

Implementation methodology We implement regional programs from 5 to several thousands of biodigesters, propelling regional development, capacity-building, the creation of local employment and the reinforcement of the communities. SATISFIED FARMERS Our users have the opportunity to improve their productivity and their living conditions by saving money through the displacement of fuels and fertilizers, and progressive elimination of smells, flies and contamination. 6 1 At farms of existing clients, we demonstrate and show the operation, handling of the biodigester, the benefits of Sistema Biobolsa and purchase options. DEMONSTRATION EVENT 2 We visit interested farmers, proceed to a technical evaluation, make recommendations on the appropriate biodigester size and present a financing plan. ON-SITE DIAGNOSTIC AND FINANCING PLAN CAPACITY BUILDING We build capacity through personalized technical monitoring and training workshops on the use and maintenance of the biodigester for the whole family. 5 3 MANUFACTURING SERVICE AND MONITORING We produce a biodigester 100% made in Mexico out of the highest quality materials and with the best fabrication processes. We make sure the biodigesters work properly through visits 30, 90 and 180 days after installation. We document each installation in our digital client database, providing the best personalized client service possible, while generating data to calculate the social and environmental impact. 4 INSTALLATION Full turnkey installation of the biodigester, from the waste inlet to the biogas applications. Our long-term follow-up and monitoring program allows us to: 1) Guarantee the adoption of the biodigester 2) Optimize the post-installation service 3) Track and measure the social and environmental impact Financing program Our financing program allows us to eliminate the first economic barrier to accessing the technology. We have developed two financing strategies: 1. Complete management of program-based public and private funds. 2. Microcredit program through which we provide loans that are adapted to our clients payment capacity despite being traditionally excluded from the financial sector. 3

1 Education and deep adoption program The Dragon of the New Flame Educational program based on empathy and art to reach a deep adoption level of the biodigesters in indigenous rural communities. Using a holistic methodology, we break linguistic and cultural barriers to introduce the biodigester in families and communities. 4 Video

Impact measurement On December 31, + than 2.4 million tons of waste treated + than 9 million m 3 of biogas produced + than 40,000 GHG emissions avoided We use digital platforms from the first collection of the baseline data in the field to the data analysis, which allows us to measure the impact of our programs and build reports with hard data. + than 580 million liters of organic fertilizer produced GEI Mitigados (MTCO2e) Selection of implemented projects 2015 Client: W.K. 8 I am one of the first farmers who received it. They installed my biodigester on the 10th of August We have been happy with it since then and have not been buying LP gas. Where there are animals, there is shit, and if there is shit, there is money! This is true!
