2 TOMI Environmental Solutions, Inc. Why SteraMist is the Right Solution An Innovator in Life Sciences Disinfection/Decontamination TOMI offers bio-decontamination solutions through the manufacturing, sales and service of the SteraMist brand of products. Implementing the use of Ionized Hydrogen Peroxide (ihp ) powered by SteraMist Binary Ionization Technology (BIT ) provides many benefits to a facility. This powerful tool is capable of eliminating all contamination challenges within critical environments faster than any competitors on the market and without the production of byproducts. This technology offers: A visual mist that moves like a gas. Touchless application disinfection/decontamination solution. Quick drying time - no wipe, no rinse, no residue. No blistering of paint and is silver ion free. Compatible with surfaces commonly found in life sciences facilities including rubbers, finished surfaces, and all electronic devices. Proven efficacy against a wide range of microorganisms. EPA Registered against a wide range of microorganisms/epa Reg. No SteraMist can be found in domestic and international facilities such as pharmaceutical, compounding and manufacturing labs, vivariums, injectable formulation, and many more. All new client sites receive a custom evaluation by a certified TOMI Technician to ensure a successful treatment. Please the TOMI Worldwide Life Sciences Network at tomiservice@tomimist.com to schedule an on-site evaluation. History 2001: Responding to Amerithrax Attacks In response to the 2001 Amerithrax (Anthrax attacks), the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and a large U.S. defense contractor joined forces to develop Binary Ionization Technology (BIT ) and its SteraMist platform which proved to be capable of defending against biological and chemical agents. 2011: Acquiring the Technology TOMI recognized the importance of this disruptive and innovative technology to address a global need. TOMI, along with other companies, started a bidding process to commercialize, manufacture, and secure the rights, intellectual property and prototypes for SteraMist BIT. 2013: Proving Efficacy After several years of negotiations, TOMI won the rights and started the process to secure all necessary registrations. The first step was to register with the EPA after many successful Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) tests. The Environmental Agency (EPA) granted TOMI the first ever solution and technology combination registration And Beyond Many large internationally recognized pharmaceutical companies have successfully integrated SteraMist technology into their routine disinfection/decontamination protocols. SteraMist is EPA lists K, L, G, and M registered. The broad-based technology has been used in all areas of the Life Sciences industry including: vivariums, research and pharmaceutical labs, compounding facilities, and even those facilities with stringent regulatory safety requirements such as BSL-4 laboratories. Innovating for a Safer World Currently, the technology is implemented in all corners of the globe as multiple registrations are secured both domestically and internationally, including a registration with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration as a disinfectant medical device (Reg # ). As the customer base expands and manufacturing demands increase, the TOMI commitment to ongoing research and development efforts remains constant.

3 SteraMist Binary Ionization Technology The ihp Process (Ionized Hydrogen Peroxide) The EPA registered 7.8% Hydrogen Peroxide BIT Solution converts to ihp after passing through an atmospheric cold plasma arc. ihp contains a high concentration of Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) composed mostly of Hydroxyl Radicals. LIFE SCIENCES ROS damage pathogenic organisms through oxidation of proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids. This leads to cellular disruptions and/or dysfunction and allows for disinfection/decontamination in the targeted areas and large spaces. FOOD SAFETY

4 Efficacy Data BINARY IONIZATION TECHNOLOGY (BIT ) SOLUTION Effective broad-spectrum surface and air disinfectant/decontaminant. Effective against bacterial spores and gram-negative bacteria, including multiple drug resistant organisms (MDROs). Effective for mold mitigation and remediation. Ultimate tool for elimination of bacteria and viruses. Does not require adjustment to room temperature or humidity before application. Suitable for frequent/daily use.
