7 Summary On the day of the audit Irish Water satisfied the requirements of the waste water discharge licence. The sample was found to comply with Condition 3 of the licence. FOLLOW-UP ACTIONS Where relevant, Irish Water is required to implement corrective actions as a priority to bring about compliance with the Waste Water Discharge Licence and improve the environmental performance of the waste water works.
