4 KEY POINTS - Optimized design for an easier acces to the components - Pressure check valve outlet in all the equipment - Exchanger cover to configurate impulse and air return - DC inverter technology : maximum saving and comfort - Cooling capacities from 15 to 30,6 kw - Maximum adaptiblity to demand - Low sound level - High performance in heat pump mode for low outdoor temperatures PRESENTATION - Self-conditioners air-air has been supervised and optimized to adapt in a materia to suit the current requirements of energy efficiency and environmental protection. The introduction of green gas R410A DC, inverter technology, expanded cooling capacities available and the long list of accessories are examples of improvements that have been carried out for these equipments. -DC inverter technology adapts the speed of the compressor to the needs of the moment, allowing only the energy consuming and drastically reduce consumption. 4 of 34

5 GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS DESCRIPTION The equipmentconstituing the series CCHA / CCHA - CCHBA / ECHBA are horizontal air conditioner units, the first building is split and the second compact. Both series are manufactured in version cooling or heat pump and are suitable to operate coupled to a duct air distribution both in the inner section and outer. CABINET Manufactured in galvanized steel, finished with polyester resins, polymerized in the oven, excellent resistance to corrosion and in the open. The set is lined with thermoacoustic insulation COMPRESSORES Scroll type. Motor: BLDC. Number of poles: 6 Supply: Triphase. Brushless motor comprises a stator and a rotor with permanent magnets. Has a higher efficiency than an induction motor because there is no losses magnetization current in the rotor. EXCHANGER Made of aluminum fin (fin space 1.8 mm) and copper tube 3/8 "expanded mechanically, exchange high performance. AIR FILTRE Polyurethane foam, washable, 10 mm. thick crosslinked S- with high efficiency filtration FANS Centrifuge type. Supply by frecuency converter Variable airflow condenser. Three evaporator air flow (Low, Medium and High Speed) Evaporator possibility of increasing or decreasing the available pressure. COOLING CIRCUIT Built in special copper tube for refrigeration, dehydration, incorporating drying filter and check valve with an easy acces for verification and load. Equip suction accumulator on the compressor suction line, protecting it from slugging well as compressor oil separator. Reversing valve for cycle inversion activated by solenoid at 230 volts in heat pump models. Unidirectional valves. The welds between the different elements are executed with copper-silver alloy. EXPANSION DEVICE As much divide as compact models are equipped as standard with Electronic Expansion Valves. In the case of compact models are assembling a single compact Expansion Valve whereas divide models incorporate one for each section. For divide models altough the assembly is composed for two Electronic Expansion Valves only regulates the selection corresponding to the exchanger which is vaporizing, remaining fully open the other valve. 5 of 34

6 GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS OPERATE AND CONTROL EQUIPMENT Each unit has these control and safety devices: Environtment thermostat to 230 Volts c.a.phase. Magnetothermic of protection for compressor, ventilation and operating general motors. Thermical protection of triphase motors of fans. High pressure switch with manual reset. Defrost system control pressure according to predetermined periods of operation time Reversing valve activated by solenoid at 230 volts ON-OFF remote connectionand heat-cool Alarm Signal. POWER SUPPLY Environtment Thermostat: 230.I.50 Hz~ Models 1, 741 y 1: 1.III+N.50Hz ~. OPTIONAL - Coil for electric resistance heating as unique support maneuver defrost. - Hot water heating coil. - Head pressure control: Speed regulators controlled for pressure in units with fans motor monophasic exterior side. Lockgates system actionated by servomotor and controlled by a differencial pressure switch in the models Sistema de compuertas accionadas por servomotor y controlado mediante on models with fan motor outside triphase. -Coil pretreated corrosion. Treatment blue fin. - Heating coils for electric resistance such as support for heat mode -Compressor cover. - Free-cooling - System servomotor driven gates to get outside air conditions such as climate control for the interior section - Outdoor kit. - Maneuver resistence antifreeze in tray - High efficency filtres G4 y F6-F8 - Motor uprated. 32 REMOTE CONTROL AND THERMOSTATS The entire range of DC inverter autonomus (compacts and splits) is used the conrol remote TH Tune In this control remote we display: -Cooling / Heating mode -Control Temperature (ambient / return) -Outdoor temperature Using the icons we can see compressor operating status, outdoor fan and indoor speed fan.. We also see display and alarm reset and select indoor speed fan (automatic and manual (high, medium, low)) WALL PROBE (OPTIONAL) If you prefer control temperature with an ambient probe, is recommended use DPWT wall probe This optional permits a stable control of outdoor temperature, well, it records a value of temperature in control zone. Generally it is recommended to install a close apposition where the control is mounted Tune TH. HEATING COIL FOR ELECTRICAL RESISTSOR AS SUPPORT OPERATION DURING DEFROST (OPTIONAL) Coils stage resistors consist of nickel-chromium wire supported by a steatite feedthroughs mounted in a frame with spacers, manufactured in galvanized and dichromate steel sheet incorporating a protector termostator. Includes drive contactor and a circuit board for connection CONSTRUCTION DETAILS 1. Contactor 2. Conection terminals 3. Terminal protection DIMENSIONS (mm) MODEL A B C D of 34

33 FREE COOLING (OPTIONAL) Free-cooling is an optional in which outside air is used to weatherize. This technique entails energy save. There is 8 available combinations in models 1, 741, of 34
