3 Individually Handles Every Particle The unique turning action of Aeromaster compost turners expose the surface of each compost particle to the water spray coating all sides. This water coating action is particularly valuable when you are inoculating the compost with supplemental microbial species. The microbes can only work on the material they touch, so the more thorough the coating action, the more effective the inoculation process. Replenishes Windrow Oxygen Supply The breakdown of organic matter and subsequent build-up of humus is a microbial process that uses oxygen and generates carbon dioxide. 15 WT ,000 Gallon Water Trailer Aeromaster WT-3000 is a versatile, four-wheel trailer with water tank, inoculation tank, pump, valves and plumbing for operation with the Aeromaster PT Compost Turners. The Aeromaster Water Trailer hitches to the back of the turner. An electric valve allows for operator control of water on/off from the tractor cab. The operator also has the flexibility of drawing liquid bacteria out of the inoculation tank into the large tank. These units are also equipped to draw liquid from a stationary water source to fill itself and then pressurize the entire water system, as well as circulate liquid to and from either tank. 19 FR-400 Windrow Fabric Cover / Roller The Aeromaster Fabric Roller is the efficient solution for compost producers who maintain medium to large scale composts sites. Windrow covers are necessary to both protect and increase the quality of finished compost, but can be a time consuming and labor intensive process to manage. The Aeromaster Fabric Roller significantly reduces the time and energy spent managing these windrow covers. The immediate benefit of the FR series is the speed of removing and covering the windrows with a single operator. The ease of storing covers on the spindle will also significantly improve efficiency around the compost site, as operators will have ease of access to the lanes between windrows. Storing the windrow covers in rolls also helps to protect the fabric from damage and will lengthen it's usable life. The Fabric Roller is attached and detached as easily as any skid-steer implement. 21 Compost Tea Extraction Systems Aeromaster Extracted Compost Tea is an economical way to deliver many of the benefits of high-quality compost efficiently and effectively. Extracted Compost Tea produced by the Aeromaster TE-250 or TE-500 is a water-based extraction of the soluble and suspendible minerals, humic substances, enzymes, and microbes from high quality compost. High quality extracted tea is a source beneficial microbes that can add significantly to soil fertility and plant health. Aeromaster Extracted Compost Tea is made using more compost than can be effectively used in the production of tea using the traditional brewing process, therefore extracted tea typically contains three times the compost solids, enzymes, and microbes per gallon compared to brewed compost tea. After extraction, the microbes in extracted compost tea are in a dormant state, consuming the oxygen in the water at an extremely slow rate which extends the usable life of extracted tea to typically 2-3 weeks. The comparable shelf life for brewed tea is 24 hours because the microbes are activated during the process and quickly consume the available oxygen in the water.
