3 AMC SRU Range Our innovative, cost-effective alternative to using drilling fluid sumps. Our award-winning AMC Solids Removal Units are the ultimate companion for drillers, enabling costeffective, minimal impact drilling, even in the most restricted locations. Available in several configurations, these innovative closed-loop systems eliminate the use of sumps and maintain drilling fluid at optimal performance, delivering maximum ROP, drastic water, mud and waste reductions and more. How Does It Work? The AMC SRU works by circulating drilling fluid directly from the drill collar to be processed by the shaker and centrifuge, where drill solids are separated from the mud slurry and discharged via a waste chute. After being processed, the cleaned drilling fluids flow into the tank to be returned to the drill rig. A conveniently positioned mixing system is then used to blend products into drilling fluids. Key Benefits Reduces water consumption by up to 80%, as well as costs for pumps and sourcing Reduces mud consumption by up to 75%, as well as associated costs Reduces cartage and disposal costs by up to 75% Enhances productivity improves bit on bottom time by 10% Eliminates the need for ground sumps. Reduces overall site footprint by up to 80% ideal for remote, restricted or sensitive locations Limits environmental disturbance, eliminates site re-mediation and environmental management costs Improves on-site health and safety, reducing slips and hazards due to mud and water spillage Reduces wear and tear on drill components Allows access to environmentally sensitive or remote drill sites. The SRU provided considerable cost savings as excavation, drainage and rehabilitation were not required, and the unit returned a lot of the additives to drill circulation instead of being lost as sludge. 4 AMC SRU Range AMC Surface SRU Powerful and Efficient Solids Control The most powerful SRU in our range, the AMC Surface SRU has a high-speed decanting centrifuge specifically adapted for diamond drilling. Operating up to 3,000rpm, this unit removes solids to less than 5 microns and keep drilling fluid in excellent rheological condition, all in a complete trailer or skid mounted design. AMC Lightweight SRU Lightweight and Tow-able The unit s small, lightweight and modular design allows for a range of transport and deployment options. It can be trailer, truck or skid mounted and easily towed by a 4WD. All components weigh less than 600kg enabling it to be transported via helicopter in only five lifts. AMC Ultra Lightweight SRU Super Compact and Highly Mobile The smallest SRU in our range - it s size and shape allows for easy transport via helicopter, light vehicle, manually or in modular sections. The 200mm stainless steel decanter centrifuge can remove solids as small as 4 7 microns from drilling fluids, keeping drilling fluids in good rheological condition and reducing the volume of residual mud by up to 75%. AMC Underground SRU Creating a Safer Underground Drill Site The AMC Underground SRU provides an alternative to traditional shallow sumps and pumping of fluids in underground operations. The highly manoeuvrable unit contains and reduces the volume of water and mud in underground operations, creating a drier, safer work environment, free of slip and trip hazards caused by excess mud and water. AMC Heli-Portable SRU Transportable in Only Four Heli-Lifts Each component of the AMC Heli-Portable SRU weighs less than 700kg, so the unit can be transported with only four heli-lifts. The four components fit together easily on a base frame and are light enough to be transported in high wind conditions, ensuring the operation is not delayed due to adverse weather. Installation and assembly on site is quick and easy, with colour coded guide points and hydraulic hoses a to ensure correct connection in minimal time. 5 AMC BOS A proactive solution for fluid loss and borehole instability. Down the borehole, you can t always predict when or how things will go wrong. AMC s patent pending* Borehole Optimisation System (AMC BOS ) anticipates fluid loss, lost circulation and unstable zones, even in the most difficult conditions making operations smoother and more predictable. The AMC BOS comprises the AMC BOS UNIT an in-hole lubricating and casing while drilling tool, and AMC BOS FIX a rapid fill grout. The AMC BOS is a proactive solution combating fluid losses and borehole instability, by delivering a measured amount of AMC BOS FIX at regular intervals to the bottom of the drill string and up the annulus. The fluid reacts instantly with borehole fluids, permeating and sealing fractures, providing a thin but robust lubristic membrane to the borehole wall. Unlike reactively using traditional methods, the AMC BOS is a preventative measure which can significantly improve diamond drilling productivity, at rig safety, reduce environmental impact and lower overall operational costs. Proactive against fluid losses and borehole instability Regular injections of AMC BOS FIX to the bottom of the drill string and up the annulus continually seals natural fractures and fissures, to stabilise the borehole, reduce down hole losses and occurrence of lost circulation. Traditionally, LCMs are the first measure used to aid fluid losses. Depending on circumstances, LCM effectiveness may vary, potentially compromising the borehole annulus, causing stuck pipe, and resulting in unwanted rod tripping. In cases of instability, casing may need to be applied, which requires unwanted rod trips. The AMC BOS creates a continuous and flexible casing to assist with loose, unconsolidated, fractured, caving, sloughing, swelling, high friction or washout zones. In all my time drilling at this site, I have never witnessed a product do what the AMC BOS had done to improve drilling and lost circulation conditions. Eric Castleberry - Drill Supervisor at Resolution Key Benefits Reduces rig down time from rod trips through unstable or fluid loss zones Stabilises the borehole and maximises fluid returns, reduces the need for cementing/grouting, casing and/or lost circulation materials Saves up to 48 hours lost time cementing/grouting, and associated costs and risks Reduces drilling fluid cost Reduces water consumption, management and associated costs Reduces torque, rod chatter and vibration, and associated rod trips and costs Reduces wear and tear, extends life of drill components Reduces manual handling, slip and trips hazards and chemical handling Reduces environmental impact to local water supply and risk of contamination. *For more information visit imdexlimited.com/patents MBI Drilling Products T : F : sales@mbidrillingproducts.com 4

Coating volume (H size borehole) Coating volume (P size borehole) 30m / 100ft 20m / 65ft Cementing/grouting can take up to 48 hours, can be very costly, and introduces increased rod tripping with only a limited success rate of 50%. Consequences of cementing/grouting can far outweigh the process itself, including safety risk, rig downtime and increased costs such as vacuum trucks and consumables. With a proactive approach, the AMC BOS is a less risky alternative to variable or ineffective methods for fluid loss or borehole instability. About AMC BOS FIX AMC BOS FIX can be injected into high pressure, high temperature, wet or dry environments. The fluid only activates when coming into contact with moisture, ensuring it is placed exactly where it is required and does not contaminate the core sample or the interior of the core barrel (if used correctly). Coating volume (N size borehole) * Not currently available for pump-up core barrels Further Information 30m / 100ft For more information please go to our website amcmud.com or contact your nearest AMC office. The unit takes less than 5 minutes to set up or refill, which can be done at any time during the drill shift, without interruption. MBI Drilling Products T : F : sales@mbidrillingproducts.com 5
