4 Retractable supply post with spindle drive Maximum security (recorded by VDE certification) Vandal-proof (and invisible retracted in the floor) Quick use (rise, connect, finished) Surface adjustment (cover can be paved individually) Everything from one source (from planning to the installation) Closed complete unit Integrated dewatering Individual two-sided assembly Foundation not necessary 4 Moser Systemelektrik GmbH

5 Underground unit with hatch pit Easy opening by pneumatic spring Solid construction out of solid material (V2A) Surface adjustment (cover can be paved individually) Walk- and drivable during operation Load capacity by on-site concreting High-quality chromium- and nickel steel materials An independent opening because of vibrations of passing cars, which drive across the cover, is prevented through an additional bolting. Individually, customer-oriented equipment Cable wiring possible in two different directions Moser Systemelektrik GmbH 5

6 Planning Instructions To guarantee an error-free functionality, a smooth installation and connection, you should consider necessarily different local circumstances in your demand planning! Water connection (drinking water) There is a fundamental difference between drinking water and fresh water. If you need drinking water, the following regulations must be observed: Definition of drinking water according to drinking water ordinance 2011, Art. 1,1.Section; 3,1.Paragraph : As drinking water all the water is called (also after treatment), which is used for drinking, cooking, for preparing food and drinks, for personal hygiene and cleaning, for cleaning of objects, which are in contact with the body. Therefore also for the cleaning of food, drinking water has to be used. Water supply facilities from which drinking water is discharged should not be connected to appliances using water, where there is water, which is not intended for human consumption, without the generally recognized regulations for technology. Technical main problems: Stagnant water in the pipe (without the required water exchange (at least once every 7 days) No removal over a longer period (see brochure Federal Environment Agency, drinking water) Pressure loss in public water system (flow) All materials used must be provided with DVGW Approval With our underfloor systems, we offer the possibility of a tested drinking water solution as well as a fresh water connection, if drinking water quality should not be required. Sewage water Devices with a sewage water connection have to be connected necessarily to the canalization. Drainage To protect the electrical room from water and to avoid a full run of the underfloor units, a drainage is necessary. The version with connection to the canalization is always to be preferred. If this is not possible, the unit can be set in a gravel bed and to be wrapped with a drainage pipe. Attention: The coarse gravel bed should be protected by means of fleece of the fine dirt particles, otherwise the gravel bed will be clogged and it comes to backwater and to flood! Location on a slope has to be considered separately! Danger of flooding and high groundwater levels To guarantee the functionality of the device even in case of flooding and high groundwater levels, the connection distributor can be poured with casting resin. The distributor cabinet can be additionally protected with a diving bell. Load classes according to DIN EN 124/1229 Our underfloor units are available, depending on the type, in the cover loads of 1,5 tons, 12,5 tons and 40 tons. 1,5 tons Load class A15 Traffic areas that can be used by pedestrians only. 12,5 tons Load class B125 Sidewalks, pedestrian areas and comparable areas, car parking areas and car parking decks. 40 tons Load class D400 Lanes from roads (also pedestrian streets), side-strips of roads and parking areas, which are approved for all types of road vehicles. 6 Moser Systemelektrik GmbH
