Pucang Gading Housing Complex is an area within the Village Batursari, District Demak with a population 08 as many as,7 inhabitants. In this research will know the problems and readiness that exist by looking from the achievement Medium Term Development Plan Demak Regency Year 0-0. This research uses SWOT analysis method that is internal and external factors. The selection raw sources for drinking should pay attention to aspects quality, quantity and continuity. Demak Regency has the potential surface either river/ reservoir/dam. In the north it is adjacent to Sayung Subdistrict, Regency Karangawen in the east, Regency Semarang in the south and Regency Semarang in the west.
