This plicy statement sets ut KMAMC visin, missin, gvernance, cmmitments and initiatives twards implementing CSR thrugh inclusive grwth. 3 KMAMC has established Bard-level Crprate Scial Respnsibility Cmmittee which is respnsible t mnitr, review and apprve CSR initiatives and expenditure. The Cmmittee shall make recmmendatins t the Bard n CSR plicy and related matters. KMAMC CSR Bard Cmmittee is cnstituted f three directrs ut f which 1 Directr shall be an Independent Directr. Statement f cmmitment KMAMC, at all times, is cmmitted t: Engage with cmmunities t understand their material expectatins and cncerns, and will cnsider these material expectatins and cncerns t design its CSR agenda. Implement, mnitr, review and evaluate CSR initiatives t achieve the desired utcmes in a transparent manner. Prmte educatin interventins t serve the less privileged and empwer them t transfrm their lives. Partner with Gvernmental agencies, Nn-Gvernmental Organizatins and ther institutin t cllectively deliver the cmmunity develpment initiatives and supprt such rganizatins and institutins with apprpriate and necessary resurces. Encurage its emplyee t cntribute and vlunteer fr varius cmmunity develpment initiatives. Ensure that surplus arising ut f CSR initiatives is utilized t further augment CSR agenda and des nt frm part f the Asset Management Cmpany s prfits. Cmply with all legal prvisins applicable fr CSR and adpt industry best practices, where feasible. CSR Initiatives Prmting Educatin: The Bank and its Subsidiaries endeavrs t enhance the accessibility and affrdability f quality educatin fr deserving underserved sectins f sciety. Educatin will remain the primary CSR fcus area fr KMAMC, and the initiatives will fcus n prviding infrastructure t schls, schlarships fr deserving Page 2 f 4

4 children and supprting parents and teachers t prvide hlistic learning envirnment fr children at schl and hme. The educatin initiatives will be primarily implemented thrugh Ktak Educatin Fundatin (KEF) and the Bank s CSR team. Enhancing vcatinal skills and livelihd prjects: KMAMC will wrk twards imparting vcatinal skills t deserving children and yuth, wmen, elderly, and the differently-abled. The prgramme aims at hlistic develpment f these children and yuth, wmen, elderly, and the differently-abled thrugh technical and sft skills and enhances their livelihd pprtunities. The vcatinal skills and livelihd prjects will be primarily implemented thrugh Ktak Educatin Fundatin (KEF) and the Bank s CSR team. Prmting preventive healthcare and sanitatin: The Bank and its subsidiaries shall prmte preventive health care and sanitatin by prviding health checkups fr children cvered under educatin initiatives and sensitizing the children n persnal and cmmunity health and hygiene. These initiatives will be implemented thrugh Ktak Educatin Fundatin (KEF). On a case by case basis, the Bank and its subsidiaries will als supprt varius NGOs wrking in the fields f healthcare, sanitatin, eradicatin f hunger and malnutritin, and prvisin f access t safe drinking water. The Bank and its subsidiaries will als cnduct peridic bld dnatin drives. Reducing inequalities faced by scially and ecnmically backward grups: The Bank and its subsidiaries shall supprt NGOs wrking twards rehabilitating scially and ecnmically backward sectins f sciety by prviding safe huses thrugh cmmunity huse building initiatives. The Bank and its subsidiaries shall als wrk with NGOs wrking twards prmting gender equality, empwering wmen, setting up hmes and hstels fr wmen and rphans, setting up ld age hmes, day care centres and ther such facilities fr senir citizens and measures fr reducing inequalities face by scially and ecnmically backward grups. Envirnmental Sustainability: The Bank and its subsidiaries will spnsr fr envirnmental sustainability activities such as tree plantatin either directly r thrugh an external stakehlder / NGO. The Bank and its subsidiaries shall prvide supprt t NGOs wrking twards maintaining eclgical balance, prtectin f flra and fauna, animal welfare, agr frestry, cnservatin f natural resurces and maintaining quality f sil, air and water. Cntributin t Prime Minister s Natinal Relief Fund: The Bank and its subsidiaries will supprt relief and rehabilitatin activities undertaken by the Prime Minister s Natinal Relief Fund in cases f natural calamities and disasters.
